Dear pe teacher
I really cant attend your lesson cause just playing volleybal in front of my classmates makes me panic so much that I cant sleep at night. Trying to run while I have been fasting/ restricting is just making everything worse. Pe is usually one of the nicest lessons to have for most kids as its just playing around but not for me and I wish you could understand that thank you
(Yes thats a little rant leave me alone I cant stand my school anymore its literal hell cause of everything that has happened)

Am I the only one who goes through one month of having so many panic attcks/ mental breakdowns on a daily basis and then goes one month of keeping ecerythibg in and breaking down at random moments and cosntantly being on this panic exhausting mode?
