中国怪味鸡公煲 Zhong Guo Guai Wei Ji Gong Bao
Zhong Guo Guai Wei Ji Gong Bao is a pretty nice kampung chicken dish. Served in a hotpot, salty is the word that comes to mind when one first sinks teeth into meat.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the chicken is tender. Like, really tender. I'm no food blogger, but the price is just fine. Check out their Facebook, with the awesome sounding stall name: 中国怪味鸡公煲.

Jalan Mat Jambol
Another project seemingly shrouded in secrecy, well probably due to a lack of information at this stage, this new development seems to be a mixed residential and commercial structure.
My best guess is that the ground level shall look like Orchard Road while the levels above ground look like a hotel. One can hope and guess right?

Cashew Green
Located at Upper Bukit Timah, Cashew Green reminds me of tasty and healthy cashew nuts. I can't get that image out of my mind, but this is another development which looks to rival White Cove and Alana.

White Cove
Very nice! White Cove at Punggol is a bunch of bungalows linked together by driveways apparently. Punggol is pretty much in perpetual development right now and I'm stoked to visit Punggol in a few years time.
Amazement at the transformation of the area is what I can foresee. Check out White Cove which I think will provide a whole new standard of luxurious living. Be there or be square!

Located at Sunrise Terrace, Alana is another nice name and if the artist's impression is anything to go by, oh boy, we could be looking at a sweet development!
We have Seletar Aerospace Park close by which should provide a nice boost of activities and facilities for residents of Alana. Look at what's provided.
This is one project to watch for.

Yi Mei Garden
Another project that I couldn't quite dig my hands into, Yi Mei Garden is going to be redeveloped. Located near Kovan MRT Station, residents need not worry about traveling far and experiencing woe in transport matters.
Then again, Singapore's well connected and accessible mostly anywhere. Stay updated on this project here. I hope to bring more information.

A nice and cheery name: Sunnyvale, makes life at Telok Kurau that much better. This is a freehold residential project which looks set to house a cosy environment.

A mixed development of which seems to be the rage, The Hillford looks to be an awesome development. Near Bukit Timah Shopping Centre and West Mall, and located at Jalan Jurong Kechil, residents can expect facilities and amenities found in mature estates.

Silversea Elan is a pretty nice name for a condominium. Located at Marine Parade Road, I think the address suits the name for this residential development too.
Promising a South China sea view with the usual luxurious condominium facilities, Silversea Elan is one project to watch for.

Mount Sophia - New Launch
I love new launches. There's nothing like hearing that word and immediately thinking how the project will look like, and eventually end up as.
Nothing much seems to be known about this condominium project yet at Mount Sophia. The land parcel set aside for the launch looks interestingly shaped enough.

Duo Residences
Duo Residences is/are as its/their name imply/implies.
Okay, I'm just going to take it as one unit. Duo Residences is a twin tower mixed development and by the looks of the initial render--I like it! Dazzling and bright, I hope this project brings the glitz and funk to the Bugis area. Not that it needs more, but I like Bugis Junction.
Shoppers will know what I'm talking about. :)
Check the awesome twin-tower structure and tell me it doesn't look cool?

The Panorama
The Panorama is located in the Ang Mo Kio area. This means that residents get to live in a very mature estate! How awesome is that? Ang Mo Kio Hub is nearby and you get great access everywhere.
Check the map out at Condominium Singapore and you'll understand why the location is awesome! I'm waiting to see how the condominium looks like though.

Jurong West - New Launch
This condominium near Lakeside MRT looks to be another grand project indeed. I love how accessible it is to JEM, IMM, JCube and Jurong East MRT Station.
Future residents have it good really. Though Orchard Road dominates Singapore's shopping scene now, this development may shake things up as Jurong East continues developing into a varied and awesome place for living, shopping, working and studying.

Derbyshire Road - Future Launch
I'm keeping my eyes peeled for this development at Derbyshire Road. What a nice name for a road. Almost makes you forget that this is Singapore we're talking about.
Looking set for the reveal is this freehold residential development, or at least that much I can tell. Keep it locked here yeah?
