Leyla Aliyeva Bio

Leyla Aliyeva came to Moscow on the 3rd of July 1986. She has a Master's Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations as well as also studied in London and Moscow. Leyla founded the IDEA campaign, which aims to raise awareness and action in relation to environmental issues in Azerbaijan.
