Zizzo Magnetic Trainer is the best fitness product on Amazon. I tried more than a few, and they did NOT get my heart rate up. For real fitness to happen you have to get the target heart rate of a person in range over 115. Many things are calling themselves fitness products that do NOT do this, but thankfully Zizzo Bike Trainer is the real deal.
