130 kcal mini burgers! :)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1. For the “buns”:
-40g chickpea flour. (70)
-1 tsp salt. (0)
-0.5 tsp baking soda. (0)
-6-9 cap fulls of water. (0)
2. What the burger actually has:
-4 leaves of lettuce. (5)
-A handful of spinach (5)
-4 tomato slices (15)
-100g mushrooms. (20)
-15g mustard. (15)
HOW TO MAKE THEM:
1. Mix the flour, salt and baking soda together, then add enough water so that its sort of a pancake mix type of consistency, maybe a little thicker.
2. Get a small sized pan and spray it with 0 kcal non-stick spray, put it on the stove on a low-heat setting. Then add a tsp of your mixture and spread it into a small circle (make sure you dont spread it too thin), then flip it and cook the other side. Do the same with the rest of the mixture, you should end up with 4 little pancakey friends.
3. Get a knife and slice each one open through the middle so you have 2 little disks (be careful! this can be very tricky), and repeat the process with each little pancake. You should end up with 8 disks.
4.On that same pan, cook your mushrooms. you can add more non-stick spray if you need/want to.
5.While your mushrooms are cooking, get your lettuce and fold each leaf in thirds, then put 1-2 spinach leaves and a slice of tomato on top of each. Next, get 4 of your disks and apply 3-4g of mustard to each. Then put one lettuce-spinach-tomato lump on top of each.
6. When your mushrooms are done, put 25g on each little burger and then top them off with the remaining 4 disks.
And you’re done!
I like this recipe a lot because its only 130 calories for the whole thing! I usually get full by the time I reach the third one though, so its very satisfying as well. hope you enjoy :)

Microwaved Potato Chips
This is a method of making chips that requires no oil, so the only calories you have to count are for the potatoes (weigh them before you start), which are 22 calories per ounce.
Slice your potatoes using a mandolin. Use the thinnest setting.
Put the chips in a bowl full of cold water. Leave it for 10 minutes, then strain and rinse them and do it again for another 10-20 minutes. Rinse them again and dry them out as best as you can with paper towels. This gets rid of a lot of starch so they can crisp up.
Put the dry chips on a plate. They can touch but don’t overlap them. You’ll probably only be able to fit on around 10 at a time. Put salt or any other seasoning you want on them.
Microwave them for about 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them because the time may vary and some chips will be done first. If you see some browning, stop and take them out. You might need to remove them by using a fork or butterknife carefully as they can stick to the plate.
Some ideas for flavor:
salt and pepper
salt and vinegar (brush a small amount on and then add salt)
ginger and lemon/lime (brush on lemon or lime juice and sprinkle powdered ginger)
garlic or onion powder
cumin, chili, and cayenne
ranch seasoning: dill, parsley, garlic, onion, black pepper, salt

Rice paper, Romain, green onions, carrots, and shiritaki noodles. Then just roll them up and enjoy a healthy meal you could eat until you’re bursting and still be calorie deficit
