Rayquaza |Sky High PKMN | No. 384 - A Pokémon that flies endlessly in the ozone layer. It is said it would descend to the ground if Kyogre and Groudon were to fight.

So... You're curious as to how this world came to be...

Team Aqua and Team Magma both had separate goals. and they could never be further from the opposite. One Idolized Pokemon Life and planned to destroy humanity and the other planned to expand the landmass for their own human goals and destroy Pokemon wildlife.

to achieve this goal they used Kyogre and Groudon. Pokemon from Legends of Old.

Kyogre | Sea Basin PKMN | No. 382 - Kyogre has appeared in mythology as the creator of the sea. After long years of feuding with Groudon, it took to sleep at the bottom of the sea. Groudon | Continent PKMN | No. 383 - Groudon has appeared in mythology as the creator of the land. It sleeps in magma underground and is said to make volcanoes erupt on awakening.

The two teams were successful in awakening the Legends. and as a result, unbeknownst to them, it would Seal Hoenn's fate.

Rayquaza realized that it was not the Pokemon's fault that the feud between Mankind and Pokemon started, but instead knowing that it was the human's fault, granted Kyogre and Groudon Freedom to rein as they free in the region. Many humans and Pokemon Fled to neighboring regions. but not all of us could leave Rayquaza prevents us from doing so by causing intense and deadly winds to encircle the region, keeping us trapped in hell on Earth.
