A “RUN” after Change

Rewinding  our past where freedom and democracy were practiced so freely. Hearing the sounds of joy seen in our smiling faces and happiness is felt everywhere. 

But in a blink of an eye everyone was frightened, felt fear and panic in this terrifying virus. We lost the courage to fight and felt being drained by how this dreadful reality took us by an instant and how the world change so quick.

Change is inevitable and it’s always constant. It’s just amazing how we can cope up and embrace it even the worst scenarios in our life. It’s in our blood as Filipinos to pursue change, fight, and to get back up. 

One thing that we need to inculcate in our minds is that it’s okay to be afraid, feel panic and experience great change wether it’s good or a bad thing. Just learn to embrace change and fix your emotions to be positive that everything happens for a reason. There is a purpose in everything.
