Compared to all the other kids Ingo occasionally cares for (Lian, Sabi, etc), does Ingo treat Akari differently? Like-

For Lian and Sabi Ingo’s like ‘I like these kids and often watch over them.’ But for Akari it’s more like: ‘This is MY kid.’ kind of behaviors.

Ingo get's Grandparent rights with Lian and Sabi. He can play with them, entertain them but when they are being too much he can just pass them off to Gaeric rather than actually deal with it. Now he doesn't do this often but he does do it.

He cannot do that with Akari.

Yes! Emmet is very noodly and very all over the place with so much energy and I love that for him! Ingo is also a gremlin but more in an unintentional spooky way.

HHmmm I'm not too sure that Rowan would be too particularly bothered? I mean Kamado is his ancestor but he did not personally know him. It's like learning some distant relitive you have never met has done something incredibly stupid I think. If he were to find out he may apologize on behalf of Kamado to Akari if only because she acts strange around him and he'd like to help her not be so nervous with him.

A few questions about the Aspects AU.

Is it possible for a Pokémon to give aspects to a different trainer after their first? Say, if their trainer dies and they eventually get over their death and bond with a new trainer. Some good examples would be Reshiram and Zekrom originally being with the Heroes of Truth and Ideals and later bonding with Hilbert/Hilda/N or Mythicals like Mew, Celebi, and Jirachi eventually getting new trainers after a long stretch of time.

Will you ever consider doing offshoots of this AU by focusing on characters/stories outside of Hisui, Unova, and Paldea? Or will you leave that to the readers to do?

If you yourself had an Aspect, what would it be? What Pokémon traits would you get?

Ohh good questions! So 1) Yes they can, it's eaiser for pokemon who live a very very long time like legendaries and mythicals, however in cases like Reshiram and Zekrom they personally don't bond with humans though their fractions could (it just hasn't been documented in history to have happened) 2) Eeeehhh maybe? If the story feels compelling in a way. I've kind of had this au since I was a kid watching pokemon for the first time but this is the first storyline that struck me as most complelling with the aspects. So who knows... But by all means if anyone wants to take this aspects au and run with it for other characters/stories then by all means go for it! 3) hhhhmmmmmm I would like to say chandelure because that is my favorite pokemon but it would actually be the charmander line. Charmander was the first pokemon I picked in the game and has a special place in my heart.

How did Akari take to living with the clans post Red Sky?

Im assuming she doesn’t have her memories- so I’m guessing that not having to work for her keep and being forced to not work herself to the bone was very jarring for her.

So that! I like to see her as having most of her memories but that doesn't make it any less jarring not to have to work just to earn her keep.

She still has her mission to seek out all pokemon but doesn't really know what to do with herself not working herself into the dirt so she throws herself into the mission. If anything she's working harder because she's worried that the shelter and goodwill the clans have for her will eventually run out. (It Won't) Rei tries his best to reel her back since they are both out and about often.

The Clans also try to pull her back but they are more so protective. Mai or Lian opting to stick near her when in the Obsidian feild lands since that is where she is most likely to come across anyone from Jubilife village. They don't stop her from speaking with Cylene, Rei, or Professor Laventon considering their actions during the red sky.

The only one able to really get Akari to slow down and rest is Ingo. His way more calm personality rubs off on her a bit making her feel like she needs to slow down when with him which in turn makes her feel her own exhaustion. Ingo takes advantage of this to get Akari to just rest for a few days, if he's lucky he can corral her into slowing down and taking it easy for a few weeks.

The Pearl clan have yurts made up of cloth and hides dyed in pastells, the wardens all have their dyed in pinks, and painted with patterns. It tends to hold heat better in the Icelands. They also tend to hunt more and keep more meats since very few edible plants grow in the icelands. The Diamond clan have their chise, based off of Ainu chise. Made of wood and grasses. They are better suited to the warmer wetter marshes. They are also able to keep more farmed and foraged foods as the marshes have quite a few native edible plants so they do not need to hunt as much.

I have answered this but yes. If a pokemon needs wings to fly that’s one of the few aspects that is guaranteed someone will get. Now it’s up in the air if they get wings on their back or their arms shift to be more wing like.

Questions on your aspects au. How would gender locked pokemon work? Like say if a female was bonded with a nidoking, would they show nidoking traits or nidoqueen? Or for example a male that partnered with a jynx which doesn't have a male counterpart?

Oh good question, people aren't actually bound by the gender lock in quite the same way. So a girl could bond with a nidoran (male) and show nidoran (male) traits. However she would be locked into the nidoran (male) line and could not evolve into nidoqueen. Vice versa with a boy bonding with a nidoran (female).

Same would go for jynx, anyone male or female could bond with one and share aspects with one.

However when it comes to gender split evolutions such as galade people aren't bound by gender with that one so a girl could evolve into a galade just the same as a boy could since the bond between pokemon and person is so integral to evolution.

Yep, someone with vaporeon aspects could melt onto water. And I suppose so? Cells would have to change to accommodate such drastic differences.

I have answered this before but yes. Anythinng a pokemon can do so can the human with those aspects. Only thing humans can’t do is change their size so no gigamaxing for them.

I love thinking about people using their aspects in their daily lives! a school teacher with drampa aspects, a doctor with audino aspects, a marine biologist with sharpedo aspects, a lumberjack with haxorus aspects, even an architect with duralodon aspects! the possibilities are practically endless, and that's something I truly love about this au.

Yes! Sure in the grand sceme of things maybe not a lot changes yet at the same time every aspect of life would be different. It's a weird mix of all sorts of things. It's a lot of fun to think about everything that is the same and everything that is different.

mmmmmm I think they would be more likely to build their robot assistants to have the same aspects that they do rather than those of koraidon or Miraidon. Not that I have any clue what aspects either of those two would have.
