          in  a  way,  he was  reminded  of  how  cared  for  and  looked  after  he’d  been  as  a  child—well,  before  his  parents  got  busy  and  stressed  out  and  had  little  time  for  him  anymore.  he  wasn’t  mad  at  them,  not  really…  but  their  busyness  left  him  to  his  own  devices  and  he’d  gotten  used  to  that.

          so  when  henry  insisted  upon  staying  home  that  day  to  tend  to  him,  alex’s  first  reaction  was  to  stubbornly  deny  his  help.  ‘what  about  the  kids ?  won’t  they  need  your  help ?’  ‘you  sure  you  won’t  miss  out  on  any  business  things ?’  ‘don’t  you  think  i’ll  drive  you  crazy  if  you  stay ?’  all  questions  which  henry  had  brushed  off.

          “ you  don’t  have  to  stay  here,  taking  care  of  me,  y’know, ”  alex  had  insisted,  looking  rather  worse  for  wear.  “ i  can  take  care  of  myself  while  you’re  gone. ”  he’d  taken  care  of  himself  for  years,  after  all.

          “i  like  taking  care  of  you.  i’d  be  happy  to  do  it  for  the  rest  of  our  lives.”

          alex  shoved  down  the  wave  of  emotion  that  hit  him  at  hearing  henry’s  words.  he’d  always  been  more  sensitive  while  being  under  the  weather…  if  the  glossiness  of  his  eyes  got  commented  on,  he’d  just  point  out  that  he was  sick  and  nothing  else.  not  that  henry  would  buy  that  as  the  only  reason,  but  still.

          his  eyes  shifted  away  from  henry’s  as  he  tried  to  formulate  an  educated  response,  but  all  he  could  muster  up  was,  “ okay… ”  a  pause  followed  after,  before  he  softly  questioned,  “ you  really  mean  that…? ”

          it  wasn’t  like  this  didn’t  happen—alex  had  hooked  up  with  a  handful  of  girls  from  his  high  school  years  ‘til  now—but  he  couldn’t  remember  the  last  time  a  girl  had  actually  stayed  the  night  with  him,  much  less  showed  interest  in  him  upon  first  waking  up.  he  wasn’t  complaining,  however.  no,  he  would  never  complain.

          “ ‘mornin’... ”  he  murmured,  barely  audible,  voice  muffled  by  her  lips,  then  found  himself  silenced  by  the  fluid  movements  of  her  body  straddling  his.  “ ivy— ”  her  lips  were  on  his  again,  and  he  didn’t  fight  it.  in  fact,  he  liked  it.  when  was  it  not  a  turn  on  to  have  a  hot  girl  on  top  of  him?

          it  wasn’t  hard  to  get  lost  in  it  all;  he  let  his  hands  perch  upon  her  hips  at  first,  before  they  developed  a  mind  of  their  own,  moving  seamlessly  with  the  rest  of  his  body,  and  finding  purchase  on  her  ass,  giving  it  a  playful  squeeze  before  she’s  rolling  her  hips  down  on  him  and  everything  went  a  fuzzy  white  for  a  moment.

          an  involuntary  moan  escaped  him,  and  his  hands  squeezed  at  her  ass  again  to  prompt  her  to  repeat.

i guess it goes without saying that the holidays are such a busy time that i don’t have the energy or time to be rping over here as of late. maybe past the holidays i can be more active! i still have a lot of muse for alex just no time to really sit down and write. i might be able to post a thing every so often but i won’t be able to post regularly lol.
