KARD 'YOU IN ME' MV THEORY
so i have already said this to some people, and i will put it here. KARD's new MV features an almost sinister concept that many seem to think is the girl's have simply gone mad, killed the boys and are trying to keep them around. my take on this involves symbolism. the girls killing the two boys of KARD is more if you look at it blatantly. we all know kpop concepts are all over the place and are very hard to decode. the boys do not move much. they seem stuck. bm is surrounded in trash and is holding a bottle of beer while jseph looks uninterested. the two scenes are very different. we have the high class dinner and wine and then the slightly trashy messy motel room, wife beater and silk nightgown. but i will come back to my thoughts on that. if you truly can't pick up on the song without the lyric translation, look it up. that only made me certain in my theory. the girls are desperate, saying they are the only ones for them and they will be theirs forever. after bm's rap, they turn into corpses. my belief is that they want so badly to keep this unhealthy love alive while the men know it is dead. they feel stuck, motionless, like dead weight being dragged behind. the rap sections were almost angry and aggressive like they resented the girls for keeping them around. after somin realizes it, it's almost like she is losing her hope that he will love her again because i see this "death" as the men finally giving up when they know it's gone. somin is lost and in a daze for most of the video anyways. perhaps she was drunk or perhaps she just knew it was falling apart so it represented that spiral until she finally let herself see that he was dead inside because of her love. she keeps him around anyways. as you see, the girls continue to care for the corpses, shaving them and helping cut the steak and so on. to me, this only shows how truly desperate they are to keep the men in these relationships. the lyrics fit perfectly with this theory if you think about it. finally, this might sound silly but perhaps the two different styles were to show that no matter how perfect the couple looks, it doesn't mean they are happy. anyways, i love KARD even if they are a bit repetitive sometimes, and don't yell at me for that or for calling somin's character trashy. i did not mean that towards her. i simply meant that a the drunken wandering, constant touching and outfit all fit that role and she looked as beautiful as ever as they all did. forgive the tags. tumblr on the kindle is bad. took me an hour to type all this.

woah quit calling yourself a fan and saying you're 'there for jimin' if you're one of the ones who tells him he needs to get his abs back or lose weight the poor man's pants look like they are going to fall off and here you are, making him feel bad about his thick and beautiful thighs to the point he does everything he can to get rid of them and then all you're going to do is talk shit about him losing weight. park jimin is an image of beauty and perfection, and he does not deserve fake fans making him feel insecure about every breath he takes. thanks and goodnight.
