𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗥: This is a alternate universe in which all DC / Marvel characters have co-existed since the beginning.

Established in 2020, Paragon Academy was the brain child of two of the worlds most influential individuals, Bruce Wayne and Tony Stark. What started as a rivalry flourished into a partnership for the betterment of mankind. These two individuals funded and built the university from the ground up, with state-of-the-art tech, academic materials and the like.

Built in Los Angeles, California; the academy poses to the general public as a state-of-the-art private university, only accessible to those who can meet their meticulous requirements for admission. However, this institution was established to ensure that the future generation of heroes would be properly trained and prepared to take on the world as heroes.

We find ourselves in present day, 2022. It has now been two years since the Academy’s immense success, and they are now welcoming a new wave of heroes-in-training, faculty members and postgraduate students to shape this school year to be the best one yet.

— one. discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated on this server. you should not have to be told what this means or what is included in this. please be mindful of everyone and treat them with the same respect you wish to be treated with.

— two. any sort of discussion about religion/political/sj views is prohibited. we understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion but we don’t want to cause any unnecessary arguments between members.

— three. of course, no one can confirm how old you really are, but bear in mind this is an 18 + server. we like to keep things mature without running into any issues. if we find you to be underage, you will be banned upon discovery.

—four. in order to get the link to our server, we ask that you take the time to fill out our registration form, and dm it to the blog. please allow a minimum wait time of 48 hours for review.

— five. we are an application based server. meaning the character you wish to claim will require a writing sample. we require a minimum of four complete paragraphs. please ensure these samples include things such as: character thought process, mannerisms, dialogue, etc.

— six. please practice common roleplay etiquette and avoid doing the following, but not limited to; meta-gaming / god-modding / auto-hitting / killing characters of other role-players w/o consent/intruding in roleplays that don’t involve you, etc.

— seven. we are a strict canon only server. no original characters will be allowed. — nine. this is a 50% chat and 50% literate thread roleplay. — ten. admin and owner redirection / call outs etc. should be taken seriously and respected, even if you disagree. — eleven. arguing with each other in any disrespectful way is grounds for a mute. — twelve. please take the time to read over the ∝┊student-handbook which answers a lot of general questions in terms of in-character protocol etc.

𝗜𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀: — one. no erotic roleplay will take place in any roleplaying channels. this is for the comfort of all members. if you wish to take part in erotic roleplay, please leave that to private threads or direct messages. mentions of erotic or nsfw content are allowed as long as it is not heavily explicit.  — two. when writing in a scene, please do your best in writing at least two paragraphs (3-4 sentences per). one-liners will not be accepted outside of chatrooms and will be instantly voided.  — three. the character limit is currently six. we encourage you to only take the characters you are able to handle. you will start with two characters off the bat. to ensure you wont hog a character and just sit around, members will have a waiting period of one week showing activity before you can claim your next. if you want more than six, please discuss with an admin !  — four. we are a ship friendly server, however we do not allow student x teacher relationships. pre-determined friendships are allowed, but romantic relationships must progress naturally.  — five. currently, you are only allowed to be in two places at once with your character(s). as long as they are acknowledged to be happening at two different times. flashbacks are a minor exception but that doesn't mean you can be in however many you please.  — six. when you've finished a scene or a solo post, be sure to indicate that the channel is once again open by adding: SCENE END at the end of your post.  — seven. as we are heavily chatroom based, activity is not a priority. but we do expect to see you interacting. if you have characters claimed and we have seen no activity from you in a week, we will issue a warning. failure to act will result in removal from the server and your characters will be retconned and available for someone else to claim.  — eight. all characters must be legal adults, meaning at the minimum eighteen years of age. — nine. students are required to wear their faculty-issued bracelets at all times. villain rehabilitation students will be constantly monitored and are not allowed to leave campus unsupervised.  — ten. students are required to check out when leaving campus for their own patrolling etc.  — eleven. all students are required to hold a schedule monday-friday, however you wish to stagger these is up to you. major and hero training information can be found in the student handbook.  — twelve. you can reserve a character at any time, however they will not be 'enrolled' until the following sunday.  — thirteen. new character enrollments are every sunday.
