Steve Wozniak, one of the cofounders of the well-known successful company Apple has made an impact on the tech world. He came into the idea of creating this company and products with the mindset not to profit, but to create something useful. He loved being an engineer and that’s one thing he knew he wanted to do forever. He was one of the so you would say background men in the creation of this company and products. To be more exact, he was notified as the Waz to enlighten his technological ability compared to others. For example, did you know that when Steve was a kid, he would use his radio so much that he became interested in the manual? He studied the manual which is not something that even adults do. His desire built upon this, and he learned how to take apart and rebuild the radio himself. Although he has played a significant part. When it comes to Wozniak’s participation and the idea of evolution in the industry, was being displayed by present thoughts on things that helped him with being a leader.

Mr. Wozniak believes in perfecting a craft until it is presentable in perfect condition. Building off his experience which he thought was a key to success gave him leverage to become who he was. One goal that he made a requirement to others on his team was choosing the right people. He believed that one common trait all successful leaders have is the mental capacity to come together with diverse minds to see each other’s perspectives. This human will have the capacity to master everything.

Now that Apple has expanded over the years Wozniak wants nothing to do with the company. In the fight for his passion not to be distorted for the growth of a financial gain, but more of passion he felt like he lost respect for what he once built. Redirecting his skill set to non-apple associated projects at this point. He even desires to start a new company with fresh eyes so that he can drive the company back to what he desired it to be.
