Worst Animated Dad Bracket Round 3

Propaganda: Gendo: Wasn’t in his sons life until the boy was useful then sent him into dangerous battles

Vinsmoke Judge: Thinks of his kids as soldiers, biologically modified them while they were still in the womb to be emotionless and perfectly obedient. when one of his sons was 'malfunctional' and showed emotions he had his son locked in a dungeon with an metal mask so no one would know who the child was. he has five children. the oldest is a girl who feels so in adaquate alot of the time because she was not good enough and he made four more kids and when Sanji was not living up to the other three boys he locked him up and made everyone think he died. then didn't seem to care when the sister helped Sanji escape. only cared about sanji when it turns out he could be sold off in a marriage alliance to strenghten his own position in the world. he also doesn't treat any of the four who hes forced into his evil army like people, they are just the most efficient weapons he has.

"N" Natural Harmonia Gropius (Pokémon) Propaganda

Listen. Liste-N, even. N is in desperate need of a better family. He grew up with Pokemon, and was then "adopted" at a young age by Ghetsis, who wanted to use his ability to communicate with them. From the moment of his adoption, N was isolated from most humans and was only given the opportunity to speak with Pokemon who had suffered at the hands of humans. This pushed him to the direction of Pokemon Liberation- He believed by separating people and Pokemon, the world would be perfect. And Ghetsis only encouraged it, forming Team Plasma and crowning N as the king.

Believing N to be fully brainwashed and unable to be deterred, he set N out to preach and convince people to release their Pokemon. As the story goes on, N is challenged by seeing many people and Pokemon getting along and enjoying each other's company. He's stubborn about it for a long time- But when you finally beat him in the final stretch he finally starts accepting that maybe he was wrong- That maybe different ideas in the world CAN co-exist, as can people in Pokemon (though not needing Pokeballs is definitely still a thing he would like to happen.)

And this... Well, what do you think Ghetsis does?

He goes haywire! He calls in good-for-nothing, warped, defective, a freak without a human heart! My poor boy not only gets his worldview shaken, but the guy he considers his dad just loads up on the insults- No doubt to intimidate him! N deserved soooo much better than Ghetsis, which is why I'm submitting him for Tumblr Adoption. He is able to start healing later- Like look at his battle sprite between Black/White vs Black/White 2! He's smiling! And his encounter theme! It's so much more cheerful in BW2! It's not called "Prisoner to a Formula" anymore- It's "N's Theme"!!!! He so deserves blorbo title. From start to finish, a prisoner and tool to learning what he wants and who he really is! He's N, babes, and I'd give the world for him!!!!!!!!!!

Also he says "Burn, baby, BURN!" in Pokemon White while awakening Reshiram. This is so important. To me.

HeartFlowers: - A ship with a grumpy guy who hates everyone and the only guy he likes. Two guys who have been through the worst of it all, and would know each other's pain. And the ANGST of canon where Sakazuki, FINALLY opening up again, someone showing him light, only for them to die again. What's not to love? - Several fics have been written about this ship already, including the series "Heart Pirate Sakazuki" (AO3 account needed) that goes long with the art, and Unintended Changes, where Law and Luffy time travel to save their loved ones, which results in Sakazuki being Law's psuedo stepfather.

Sanji's worst nightmare: I just think Sanji would have Nightmares about it, which both Zeff and Ivankov find very appealing about the whole thing.

Donavan Desmond: He himself is reported to be a terrible person in the story as the antagonist. And he has never been reported to show any affection towards either of his sons. Damien just wants something and Dovovan can't or wont give it to him. Plus Donovan is probably who mentally messed up his wife and she can't properly show her sons affection either.

Friends/lovers since childhood, would kill and die for each other. [SPOILERS for those who have not watched/read the Wano arc yet] Killer ate a defective SMILE fruit to safe Kid, making him unable to swim and show any other emotion than laughing (and gains him nothing), and he also knew exactly where to cut off Hawkins' arm so he wouldn't harm Kid (because he knows his body so well). Kid promises to kill whoever makes fun of his partner, and lets himself be recaptured after escaping prison because Killer had gotten himself captured.

If this ain't love idk what is.

The captain/right-hand man dynamic. They call each other aibou (partner). If your partner doesn't tell you that he will send whoever laughs at you to hell then he is not worth it. Killer hates his own laugh to the point that he stopped laughing out loud and started wearing a mask. But then he was forced to eat a defective devil fruit (because they promised he could see Kidd if he did) so he's been cursed to only laugh no matter what emotion he's trying to express. That's why Kidd said that, it's so full of weight for someone like Killer. And when Kidd was imprisoned and he worked so hard to escape, but as soon as he saw Killer being pulled into the same prison he just broke out from mans did not hesitate for even a second to go right back in.
