I’m hurting so bad not just physically but mentally. Honestly, I’m hurting so bad mentally that it hurts physically. I wish it would just stop. I wish everything would stop. I want a break from everything, it’s exhausting. I’m so tired but I can’t sleep and I just keep thinking and I hate it, I don’t wanna think anymore. I don’t know what to do, my head is all over the place

There’s been a lot going on in both my personal life and at work. Overall, things have been really hard lately. I really haven’t gotten a break yet, but when I do have some free time to write, I never know what to do :( hopefully I can post something soon?
