New blog

Hello everyone! I’ve noticed that I have gained quite a few follower as of late. I would ask that you to follow my new blog instead at plumbobsalad.tumblr.com 

When I first created this blog I made it as a secondary blog as I didn’t know much about tumblr. I have now created a new account where my sims 2 blog can be my main one so that I can actually use the main blog features and support other creators. If I’ve done everything correct this old blog will redirect you to my new one.

Also, thank you so much for the support over my art! It has been wonderful to see so many people actually enjoy what I make!

The Neal-Bendett family is struggling financially and now with baby Ivan in the house it hasn't gotten any easier. Breanna and Kenny do their best to raise their children even if they don't have a lot.

However, they won't be in this slump much longer. Both parents are doing extremely well in their careers and Talia has gotten old enough to be more independent.

Tulip Phelps went to the park to meet up with her boyfriend Warner Almassizadeh. Tulip is a pretty aloof girl and most people consider her to be a bit mysterious. There is quite a lot going on in her head that most people don't know about.

Moss Huddleson has turned 18 and is ready to take on the world. She's a bit withdrawn so that might just mean getting a job and her own place.

She can always start with getting a haircut. Or at least pick up a hairbrush.

Her little brother Kit Bertino has struck up a romance with Winter Langdon, who is actually Moss' cousin (on her mom's side, so Kit is in the clear).

Steffi and Chris Rye have decided to expand their family and are now proud parents of Manuel Rye. The house is a bit small, but Chris' childhood bedroom is large enough for the new kid.

I'm excited to see who Manuel grows up to be, especially with such an eccentric mom like Chris. But I'm sure Steffi will keep him grounded.

Wendi is a tough sporty girl who likes giving her classmates noogies. But even she has a more softer and artistic side.

In the small family shed she makes bouquets of flowers that she gifts her mother. I hope in the future Wendi can have her very own flower shop.

But right now she wants to keep this hobby on the down low. And if her brother tattles to his friends she'll make him regret it.

Tragedy struck the Lee household and Marielle passed away after the birth of her and Jonathan's second child.

Despite this loss the family is able to carry on as usual. Blake doesn't care much about his annoying little brother while Irving is despret to get his attention.

Jon makes friends with Floyd Bertino at work. Floyd loves kids and he doesn't mind babysitting a bit for Jon. You'd think having five kids of his own he should be tired of it, but I guess not.

Little Gene the dragon had his birthday and so Orlando decided to invite his two adult children, Francis and Annika, over to celebrate the occasion. Gene hadn't met them before but he seemed to get along pretty well with them. He doesn't have any aunts or uncles on his father's side so the Yates siblings are a positive addition to the family.

Jezza also came over to see their nephew. I love how much of a turtle they look like, haha.

Gene grew up and he picked out something rebellious to wear. Farewell dragon suit.

Not everything was well at the party. Kiarra and Karma seemed to have gotten into a bit of an argument and they aren't getting along at all right now. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up getting a divorce pretty soon. Karma needs to get his things together if he wants to keep this relationship.

Francis and Yuina have settled into their small and cramped apartment, but unfortunately the Yates' family curse followed them there as well. The firefighter was able to put out the fire before it caused any more damage. And lucky he did because Yuina and Francis are now expecting a child, which Yuina has been wanting since the two of them got married.

Francis got invited over to his father's fiancée's house to celebrate Gene's birthday. Orlando wants his children to get along with his new stepfamily and what better way to do so then have a little birthday party. Orlando was happy about the news of a grandchild and so he gave Francis some baby stuff to take home to his wife and get the nursery ready.

Donna has gone from stay-at-home mother to hairstylist. Her salon is right next to her apartment so she can pop in whenever she wants. I've always thought she looked like a hairstylist.

I was surprised to see Tulip and Warner get together. That really hadn't been on my mind but I suppose they are compatible as a romance and a pleasure sim respectively. Actually, a lot of the teens in Ghost Town are interested in both Warner and Tulip.

Shaye one day brought home Warner to her parents' trailer. I wonder if they know they are half siblings? They do have similar features but would it ever cross their mind? Warner must've taken notice how much Shaye looks like his little sister Haze who recently grew up into a teen. They look like they could be twins!

Chris likes to take Steffi to the strangest places for dates. This time she chose the factory trash pit.

Of course, Chris had ulterior motives in coming here. That is to search for treasures to sell at her store. Steffi is used to this weird behaviour, in fact she's quite the weirdo herself.

There has been many birthdays going on around Ghost Town. The first one is Penelope Richard who grew up to be quite a cute girl. During her birthday party she desperately tried to get attention from the very popular girl Neva Bertino, but was publicly humiliated by her rejection.

Neva might end up finding out that there's a malicious side to Penelope that most people don't notice.

Next is Cooper who turned five years old. And just like his second cousin Gene he chose the dragon suit as his outfit. I suspect he's going to grow up to become quite the attention seeker.

He looks a lot like his father. The genes from grandpa Rowley are very strong. I am curious how those cheekbones will turn out once he becomes teen.

Winter turned 12. She's quite the loner just like Penelope so I suspect they might become pretty good friends. Winter is a knowledge sim with a great interest in aliens and outerspace. Who know where that might lead.

Winter reminds me so much of her aunt Jolene when she was a teen. I am not sure why that is since their facial features are very different. Maybe it was the afropuffs that created the similarity.

Talking about aliens, Libby celebrated her sixtieth birthday with her family. I'm going to miss her bowling shirt.

I found it very sweet that she kept the photos of her and Orlando from when they were teens going on a date at the arcade. I'm surprised they ended up getting back together after all those years. He actually proposed to her and so now there is going to be a wedding pretty soon. I just hope no one gets left at the altar 😉

Bette and Jezza moved out of their old apartment into something larger, and so they decided to throw a little housewarming party.

Unfortunatly Bette is a very arguementative person who always needs to have her opinion heard and she can't help but get into an disagreement with her son Kenny. It could be about how he move so far away with his fiancé.

Meanwhile Jezza and Zack are sitting awkwardly watching the tv pretending they can't hear Bette and Kenny.

The Langdon couple decided to eat their turkey in their bathingsuits, and that wasn't very popular with Bette who is getting increasingly frustrated with her family.

Jezza ended up turning into an elder the next day. They ended up looking like a tortoise which is funny. Honestly, Jezza has always been such a sweet sim and it seems they're able to lure out the softer side of Bette as well.
