Hi! I'm not currently in recovery but I want to start eating more healthier as I feel like that's a step to me hopefully recovering one day. Uhh two things, one, thank you for all your recipes! I haven't been able to find any vegan recipes that aren't ridiculously low, calorie wise which kinda sucks. Two, even though I'm not in recovery, is it still okay to repost your recipes?
1. yw! thanks for the support and hmmmm thats probably because all of the recipes that are really low in calories were from when i wasnt recovering so i didnt know what was a good amount and what wasnt. all of the vegan stuff is fairly new (aka while i was recovered) so thats probably why
2. as long as you dont repost it as “look how low this is! follow me bc i post thinspo!!1″ youre good. i dont like when people repost to try to gain followers when they are actively encouraging people to continue in a disorder. i have never blocked someone for repostng something-i have never blocked someone who messaged me who obviously wasnt in recovery. i just want people to know where i stand

Eating again is so hard. Do you know what are some foods that would be easy on someone's stomach?
anything light- for me at least. like no acidic foods or heavy foods (oils, cheese, etc) just take it easy and start to slowly add these into your diet and you’ll be able to eat them again soon!!!
