  she’s reacting… rather casually to all of this, and rain isn’t quite sure how to take it. there’s only a few people who know about her powers, but usually people freak out a little bit about these kinds of things. so for a moment, rain just stares, waits to see if something more is coming, and when it doesn’t? she blinks.

  “so like, what have you seen?” maybe not the best time to change the topic, but for rain it’s a great time. and she’s actually curious. what kind of thing could bella have seen to make this so normal? or at least, less out of the ordinary than usual. “i mean, no offense, but i’m kinda used to people like, screaming. or being terrified? or like, not believing why they saw at all.”

   bella scrunches her nose in thought, trying to figure out how to tactfully say   ...   you were on fire. unsurprisingly nothing quite comes to mind, so she finally lets out a huff of air and shrugs, “   well   ...   it kinda looked like maybe you were on fire   ...   and then you uh   ...   weren’t. which by the way was a relief because you’re okay and that’s a very good thing   ...   ”

   of course she’s begun rambling now, not one of her most fun qualities. part of her wishes she could just say that not much was surprising when you’re dating a vampire and you’ve seen your best friend turn into a giant wolf, but those weren’t her secrets to share. “   i’ve seen enough to believe at this point, n o t h i n g is impossible. and if i could i would tell you way more than that because it would only be fair. but i can’t right now. i’m sorry.   ”
