Pasha got spayed on Monday and is doing fine, she’s very bashful about it and spends her days sedated and lurking around. The boys got supervised visitation and joined in on the lurking.

I got a smartphone in 2017 and in that time frame I’ve read hundreds of library ebooks for free on Overdrive and Libby. I can’t imagine what I did before, everything in my life got better by just being constantly in a book.
This ban is a real shame.
I never want to hear conservatives go on about repressive censorship in China, North Korea, and Iran ever again

Sancho came to university today as the model live vertebrate for biology lab.
We rarely take him out without his mom, so he was pretty nervous at first. But he warmed up.
I also took him to the beach without Pasha and he had a blast!
I need to commit better to giving them quality experiences on their own. Tonight I will take Pasha out for some one-on-one walkies

Itzel turned 4 in March. She has grown more affectionate with age, she sleeps in our bed and purrs loudly when I stroke her, all new developments.
I get updates on her from cat dad while I’m at work, she demands to be harnessed up and taken on the patio daily.
A wonderfully tolerant cat who seems to enjoy the strange critters in the house.

I suggested to Sancho that he could use a brushing, he showed me he wasn’t interested by hurriedly hiding behind Itzel

I’ve heard the euphemism for tongue in ear is “wet Willy”… are there others?

My aunt is one of those people who doesn’t give much thought in dog breeds, so even though her dog did get karotyped by a vet she didn’t save the results saying “breed won’t change how much I love him”…. even though I’m dying to know what Great Pyrenees mix he is, I guess it’s none of my business.
He’s a real gem whatever he is. For a senior lady to get a 70lb dog, we were worried he would be too much, but he’s the calmest guy and gets her out and walking daily. Honestly he’s a guardian angel.

Arlowe trusted me so much, to take this photo I had to scramble up a different rock a bit far off but he knew I’d be back for him

A week ago a sweet old woman asked me what Arlowe’s sign was, she was surprised when I said “Pisces” and I have to agree with her he does have a serious earth-sign vibe, geomorphic.
