anyways my auditory hallucinations usually occur when i am listening to music or in situations where i can technically attribute them (the sounds) to other things . for example, i am half-asleep and i hear banging on my door... technically it could have been one of the many ppl or children that i live w so i can dismiss it. but when these stack up again and again at weirder times and at doors/areas where there are no ppl to blame the noises on ... it becomes impossible to wish away. i havent had many visual hallucinations in my entire life ... i think i have only had two (one of a bug, the other of some small creature) but these events were years apart and so different and could technically be real (no, they couldnt bc nobody else saw them... but let me believe what i believe.) usually i will hear sounds when i am alone, not words, but imagine the sounds someone would make when they need your help but they cant speak (like ... groans ? but quieter n hard to like pinpoint/attribute)

and also like banging on my door whenever i am in the shower or i am trying to sleep and this especially scares me when i am listening to music bc it is hard to hear if someone is really banging on my door or if its the bass of the music n then the turmoil begins . indeed . i think thats all that comes to mind . goodnight pookies sorry for block of text 😍
