This is our Raccoon Nose foam latex prosthetic. It was applied and painted with makeup as a natural tanuki (raccoon-dog).

I'm wearing a fur hood with our Feline Prop Ears are attached into it.

This is our new Lion Muzzle hot foam latex prosthetic. It was applied and painted with makeup as a tan lion with whiskers added into it. This is a two-part prosthetic with plastic teeth.

I'm wearing a fur hood, with a beast wig and beard overtop and our Feline Prop Ears are attached into it.

This is our Beaver / Otter Nose hot foam latex prosthetic. It was applied and painted with makeup as a brown beaver with whiskers added into it.

The fur hood has our Bear / Rounded Prop Ears attached into it. Crepe wool was added to my natural beard and I'm wearing some makeshift teeth. The contacts are from Samhain Contact Lenses.

This is our Sheep / Goat Nose hot foam latex prosthetic. It was applied and painted with makeup as a white goat.

The fur hood has our Sheep / Goat Prop Ears and 20cm (8") Goat Horns glued into it. Crepe wool was added to my natural beard. The contacts are uncomfortable rigid sclera lenses that I painted.

So anyone who knows me knows that my love for Giant Pandas is immense! My goal in life is to work and help Giant Pandas.

So back in 2008, I came across a company that specialised in animal prosthetic pieces while trying to find a costume for a friends fancy dress party. That website was called NorthFurFX.

I’ve always been interested in prosthetic makeup and always wanted to give it a go. Fast forward to 2012 and I got my first ever piece. I tried it on with Snazaroo and not knowing what the hell I was doing. (Swipe Right For Comparison).

Skip forward almost 8 years and I wanted to get back into practicing and trying prosthetics. I re-ordered the adhesive and adhesive remover and have it another shot.

It turned out well, need to work on smoothing our the edges of the piece and even replacing the piece since some of the latex had folded over and after trying it be super gentle it tore meaning the nose arch part would not stick down properly.

But I had fun, got some practice and I can’t wait to try it again soon!

Makeup is Kryolan (@kryolanofficial) 070 TV Stick - White 071 TV Stick - Black Aquacolor Deep Black.

We've been hi-bear-nating here, so it's time to wake up!

This is our Bear Nose hot foam latex prosthetic. It was applied and painted with makeup as a brown grizzly bear. The fur hood has our Bear / Rounded Prop Ears glued into it. Crepe wool was added to Jay's natural beard and he's wearing sclera contacts from Samhain Contact Lenses.
