Galinda's party dress/Popular outfit. What I have been trying to do is to take a little bit of an "opposites" route for Galinda and Elphaba. Galinda and Elphaba already have a contrasting bubbly round shape vs prickly stick-ly shapes going on, and hopefully their clothing emphases that to a physical manifestation. Sure Galinda is in bright pinks and sparkles, but the amount of swoosh and flounce she'd be able to add with puffy layers and big sleeves.... while still referencing late victorian/edwardian fashion ;D.
