I just wanted to slide in here to say how much i appreciate diluc! I love that he doesn’t drink alcohol & that he made nonalcoholic drinks for people like himself lol

genuinely —and this isn't me as a diluc main or being biased,— diluc is a literal sweetheart. he has his faults of course like anyone else, but the fact he goes to great lengths to not only protect people, but to also ensure they're enjoying life and having the room to breathe is just so admirable. he stays sober and he doesn't even need a reason, he offers safe drinks for others, and now he's been selling fragrances and candles with the potions the traveler made to help ease people's stresses. he just cares so much about others and i love him so much 🥰😭🥺

The Winery's grapes have all been ripening these days. I was afraid the staff might be too shorthanded to pick them all themselves, so I came to help out.

Take this bunch of grapes — we can make some juice with them.

When they're ripe enough, grapes possess a wonderful sweetness and a strong, fruity fragrance. Your kind of flavor, if I'm not mistaken.

As for the ones that aren't fully ripe yet... Those can be used for fermentation. Don't worry, none of them will go to waste.

diluc's fatui blog is going to feature his new alternate verse where he's the son of two harbingers with crepus raising him take over in the tenth seat, which is one of the reasons he wasn't left in the hearth with cruca or clervie. this though will give an interesting dynamic between peruere and diluc, as she will feel that sort of resentment that he didn't have to suffer with the fate that the children of the house of the hearth had to deal with, but at the same time, she can't truly hate him when he's the younger brother of clervie, whom she cares deeply about

talked about this with a friend on discord, but what if leaving teyvat causes people's memories to be erased... i'm basing this off of the dragon king, nibelung, who left teyvat to pursue external power that was strong enough to take out the primordial one. in doing so, he wound up bringing back 'forbidden knowledge' which poisoned the land. as a result, what if as a preventive measure to keep teyvat 'safe' from future forbidden knowledge, they made it so if someone manages to get out of teyvat, they lose all memories of the world and ever being a part of it.

where am i going with this? what if people tried to leave as teyvat was being destroyed again / cataclysm 2.0, but those who are natives to teyvat, they lose their memories.

also this just really ties into my caelus muse, who i theorize was originally from teyvat but has no recollection of it, which is why he doesn't know his past.

more on this bc braincell is vibrating. but like, it's so funny when you break into the fatui stronghold during the mondstadt archon quest because there's no way in hell that the fatui as a whole weren't warned to stay away from diluc, especially those stationed in mondstadt. so watching diluc break into their hideout with a simple mask over his eyes (as if they weren't going to recognize his bright ass red hair) is so funny because you mean to tell me no one was scared out of their minds seeing 'a guy with red hair' terrorize and bully the agents for stealing the lyre

" well , some grapes tend to grow sweeter depending on how ripe they are when i harvest them , so i don't always need to add too much sugar . though , there are times where i experiment with different ingredients , like hints of strawberry or other fruits to give it an enhanced flavor . it depends on how creative my mind is at the moment .
