    He couldn't help himself from giving a bit of a laugh at that, only to grimace further, shaking his head.

    An all too familiar voice for the Hedgehog, Shadow didn't bother turning, though his ear flicked in Angel's direction. Barely a smile crossed his muzzle... how ironic that Angel should find him like this, when he was usually the more careful one.

    "It's nothing." His voice came through gritted teeth, and he maintained his palm's position, adding more pressure. "I'll heal soon enough... I always do."

    Been turning a friend of mine into a huge sonadow fan, he hadn't even been into sonic a few weeks ago and now he's experiencing euphoria. And it's got me experiencing euphoria again, too... sonadow my beloved

    There's blood on the snow, with Shadow clutching his side as he made his way down the quiet streets. The snow was freshly fallen, and it was past midnight, so no plough would be cleaning it up any time soon... Shadow took a moment to rest against a nearby street pole, looking at his bloodied hand... This would heal, just like all the others.
