So, so, so, so many misunderstand astrology. A HOROSCOPE IS NOT A CRYSTAL BALL! WHAT HAPPENS TO ANYONE IS FIRST BASED ON HOW THE PERSON IS LIVING THEIR LIFE. Let's say that you are in a marriage or relationship and are a serial cheater. Transiting Saturn comes along and squares your Venus. The relationship ends. Was that Saturn's fault? No.

I had a client last year who has some astrological knowledge. He knew that transiting Neptune was heading to his Midheaven and he was worried about his job to a point of panic. It was unusual. His wife contacted me last month to let me know that he is in prison!!!! He'd been stealing like crazy. Neptune came along and bam!!!!!

Let's say that a person is an alcohol binger drinking heavily 2-3 times a week at least for 10, 20, 30 years. Solar Arc Pluto comes along conjoining a 12th House (critical illness) Saturn (Pluto-Saturn hard aspects symbolizes a very, very, difficult time. The person gets ill and there is a serious liver problem. Pluto had no more to do with that than an X-Ray that shows a broken bone. The X-Ray didn't break the bone. It's the same in a horoscope. The planets INDICATE, not CAUSE.

Far too many people look at astrology as a controlling factor of life. It gives insight to life. You are the one who controls it. Far too many people went nuts in thinking of the Solar Eclipse as someone coming into the house with a SWAT rifle. Again, with any measurement, what happens depends on YOU!

Try to not initiate anything of even the smallest importance when the Moon is Void of Course. You have nothing to lose by doing it at another time when the Moon isn't Void. If you are not familiar with what Void is, the Moon obviously makes aspects with different planets. When it gets to a point in a Sign where it will not make an aspect to another planet while in a Sign, it is Void. Things that are initiated when the Moon is Void are much more likely to not work out as desired than is the case otherwise.

You've heard about the Princess of Wales, Katherine Middleton's cancer. As soon as I heard about it I went to her chart and you know what? There is nothing there that indicates or suggests anything at all that is even remotely close to being life-changing.

The key factors for critical illness are any planets in the 12th, the ruler of the 12th, the Ascendant degree and the planet ruling the Ascendant. We look for any of them to be involved in aspect tension by transit or Solar Arc from Pluto, Neptune, or Saturn. Uranus's contacts are to a lesser degree. She has none of them and really nothing else either. It's actually a boring time astrologically for her.

What IS interesting is that in August, she'll be in orb of SA Sun=Uranus, which is a great illumination of individuation and the things that Uranus stands for. At the same time, her husband has a truckload of things coming up. When you put what he has with her arcing Sun-Uranus contact, it suggests substantial marital issues.

What does he have ahead? Transiting Uranus conjunct Venus exact in July, SA Saturn=Venus exact in July, transiting Neptune square Ascendant in along with another Uranus to Venus contact in November and transiting Pluto square MC exact in February, 2025.

Many people don't know that William has had some "side chick" action since being married. I wrote about it in one of my books that is coming out soon. There is a chance that the measurements in William's chart could reflect a worsening of his wife's condition but her chart is totally void of anything that suggests that. We'll see.

This is a favorite picture. It was taken at UAC in 1998. Noel received "the" award. It was a few months before I left to go teach Noel's work in South Africa. The lady next to me is the one who put the program together in Johanessburg. The other lady is her friend. Astrology was in a very different place back then. I hope those days return because astrology started going downhill at some point after 2005 or 10. As is the case with the music business, it's largely because of what's happened online.

I saw this advertised as I was scrolling through Instagram. This is the kind of thing that contributes to why people think you are nuts when you tell them of your interest or involvement in astrology.

Fani Willis is the District Attorney in the Georgia Trump case. She has recently been under attack because she allegedly hired a man that she used to be in a romantic relationship with, a man who has never led a high profile case. It's part of a lot of nasty political crap that turns my stomach.

At this point, a decision is being made on removing Willis from the case. When a colleague posted her birth data, I was more than eager to see how the rest of the year looks for her. Solar Arc MC will be exactly square Saturn in May but is already in orb. This is not the same thing as SA Saturn in hard aspect to the MC. What the measurement symbolizes is the potential of a career change, a super emphasis on ambition, and/or a significant family matter. Otherwise, the measurements are not scary. There is nothing life-changing shown but in this political climate anything goes.

If I were to put the announcement above on one of those Facebook astrology pages and ask people what, if anything, they think is going on astrologically in Rihanna's astrology to get her $5 million for one show, how many times do you think "Jupiter" and/or "2nd House would be mentioned?

Rihanna is a billionaire. A $5 million dollar check is a lot more normal for her than is the case with 95% of the world's population so for her, it's business as usual and since that is the case, there is nothing unusual happening astrologically.

Even when you look at the natal chart, do you see wealth? Venus is the ruler of the 2nd and is not involved in stress but that doesn't spell wealth. Hers is one of 500 examples I have in one of my books coming out. Again, the 2nd House is how you manage the money you make. It has nothing to do with seeing poverty or wealth in a horoscope. The ancients thought it did because maybe it did back then. It doesn't now. Things change. Astrology always has to be applied to the life a person is living. The life a person lives in 2024 is different than the life lived in -224 BC.

AND THE WINNER IS......

Sorry, we can't really tell. In these measurements charts, the only advantage that one has over the other is Biden's Jupiter-MC contacts before and almost the day of the election. Trump, too has that contact but it's earlier in the year and is probably symbolic of him being nominated. Trump's last Uranus-MC contact occurs 5 weeks after the election. It could be symbolic of winning or a drastic change in his public status. He'll also have a Jupiter-Moon contact earlier, suggesting emotional fulfillment.

I use something called The Lunation Cycle. It is the way of telling where a person is in their life cycle. Measuring the SP Moon's aspects to the SP Sun is how it's done. The cycle lasts approximately 28 years and is divided into four quarters that are named after the Moon's monthly phases.

The New Moon part of the phase is a time in life when new seeds for growth are planted. To give an example, when Michael Jackson had his first one, he decided to start a solo career.

The First Quarter part of the phase occurs 7 years after the New Moon. It is when things started in the First Quarter shift gears and become much more active. Decisions have to be made. For Michael Jackson it is when he did his first solo album produced by Quincy Jones, "Off The Wall."

The Full Moon is one of two things - a peak or the realization that there has to be a new path. For Michael, this is when Thriller was released. For Magic Johnson, it is when he announced that he would be leaving the NBA due to his AIDS diagnosis.

The Last Quarter part of the phase is like Autumn when the leaves begin to fall off the trees and so on. People, places, and things start falling by the wayside in preparation for the New Moon coming up. It is when Michael Jackson was arrested.

BIDEN AND TRUMP ARE BOTH IN THE NEW MOON PHASE!!!! This adds to the other measurements to confuse things regarding being able to make a determination about a winner based on astrology.

Nick Cannon stays sexually busy! When first I learned about all the women and the kids, I said to myself, "I'd love to see his 5th House," not because a full 5th has anything to do with the number of kids one has. It has nothing to do with it. I had a client who twice gave birth to twins and had nothing in the 5th House with a ruler sextiled by Saturn.

In ancient astrology, the Houses were given meanings based on the characteristics of the Signs so since Scorpio was linked to sex, the 8th House became the sole House of sexuality. That's not the case.

How can a House that has to do with children have nothing to do with sexuality? The 5th House thing with sexuality has to do with one's sexual identity. The 8th House has to do with what happens to that identity when it cohabitates with another "in the act." Think of it this way. The Ascendant is the identity and the impression it gives to others who don't know you well but what the identity does in relationships is shown in the 7th House. It's the same deal with the 5th and 8th regarding sexuality.

Cannon has an exact New Moon in the 5th(!) with 3 other planets. Without going any further than that, it is clear that this is supposed to be a person whose life focuses on 5th House experiences. PLUS, he has an unaspected Venus. A planet that is Ptolemeically unaspected DOMINATES by one or all of the following ways: a) nature of the planet. b) the House it rules. c) the House it is in. Any or all of them dominate the horoscope.

If you are not familiar with Wendy Williams (born as Wendy Hunter): her career started decades as a host on R&B radio. She was very successful and things migrated into a successful TV talk show that lasted over a decade. She is now pretty ill in a way similar to what Britney Spears was like at the height of her mental issues and even more so like how Bruce Willis is now with dementia and mental "stuff."

Natally, Neptune squares Mercury in her chart and Mercury is the focal point of significant midpoint pictures: Mer=Nep/Asc and Mer=Jup/Nep. What all of this says is that her mind is ingrained with all of that stuff you know about Neptune. On a positive note this suggests a mind that is strongly imaginative, creative, and idealistic. These factors were certainly an ingredient in her radio and TV careers. However, the down side of this can incline to too much getting drunk or high, too much idealism, looking at things the way she wants to see them instead of the way they are, being dishonest....you know the Neptune drill. With Mercury and Neptune ruling 3 of the 4 Angular Houses, we'd expect the aforementioned factors to be important elements of identity confusion, relationship concerns and "stuff" to talk about regarding parents, especially the father. That Mercury is in the 6th House suggests lessons to learn about herself through health and/or things related to her work.

The health clouds in Wendy's life started around a year before her Saturn Return was official and shifted dramatically into high gear once the Return became official to the point now where she is pretty ill. The Angles in her chart have been under attack by Saturn and Uranus plus the Solar Arc of Mars. Transiting Neptune at the Sun/Moon midpoint puts confusion at the center of everything.

She has SA Venus coming to her ASC in 2025 so depending on what happens between now and then, perhaps there will be something nice relationally that takes place or just something nice, period because what's happened is a real nightmare.

I learned just a few minutes ago that philanthropic country musician, Toby Keith passed away as a result of stomach cancer. He was diagnosed in 2022. Inasmuch as the birth data of his children are not available, I thought I'd look to see what was happening at the time of diagnosis and BAM, there it was.

I've mentioned a zillion times that the most difficult aspect contact in astrology is the hard aspects that Pluto makes to Saturn via transit or Solar Arc. Usually, at times like his in 2022, the 12th House ruler, 12th House planet, Ascendant Degree or ruler of Ascendant are involved but in this case, it was just Pluto and Saturn. They don't mean death. They suggest a tremendously challenging time. Remember when you started reading astrology books and you saw all that negative stuff about Saturn? Pluto comes along and the extremes of the challenging side of Saturn become amplified. The older a person is, the more challenging it can be so if you have a parent or grandparent born around 1954-55, make sure they are on top of their health, especially if Saturn is in or rules the 12th or Ascendant.

Toby was a good guy who did a lot for people, especially with children who had cancer.

You've surely heard that King Charles has been diagnosed with cancer that is separate from the previously mentioned prostate concerns. In my Course I teach how to see in advance when there is the potential of critical illness. This is the Cliff's Notes version.

Illness that is not life-threatening is a 6th House concern. Illness that can end the life is a 12th House concern. The Ascendant degree is the physical body. When there is a conjunction, square, or opposition to a planet in or ruling the 12th House by Pluto, Neptune, Saturn, and to a lesser degree, by Uranus, especially if the person is senior in age, the potential for the onset of critical illness or for the deepening of it has to be considered.

The Moon is the ruler of Charles's 12th House. It is being squared by Pluto exactly right now. It's that simple. As Pluto moves a little further into Aquarius it will oppose his Ascendant. What happens between now and then will determine whether or not that transit will symbolize a very serious physical concern that can be life-ending.

You can also see SA Pluto squaring the Moon. Let's say that it was 2-3 years ago and Charles comes to you for a consultation. Knowing his age and that he is not a "health nut," you'd see how attacked his Moon is ahead and you'd be able to have a helpful conversation about the future that would involve urging him to see a medical or holistic doctor.

I just noticed that when Prince Harry is 40 years old, he will experience transiting Saturn opposed his Sun and SA Saturn=Sun. At the same time, Prince William will have the long transit of Neptune square his Ascendant and transiting Pluto square his MC. And finally, Camilla will have the long transit of Pluto over her Descendant so in the years to come, King Charles's family all have life-changing measurements that could add up to the demise of King Charles.
