'just ask them out, the worst they could say is no' WRONG the worst they could say is that's why i left you behind. it's not easy even just looking at you, jack, because you're wrong. you are. i can't help it. i'm a time lord. it's instinct. it's in my guts. you're a fixed point in time and space. you're a fact. that's never meant to happen, even the tardis reacted against you, tried to shake you off. flew all the way to the end of the universe just to get rid of you.

Honestly if they ever did want to bring back jack harkness but not John barrowman I don't think it'd be too drastic a story element to have a different actor play him. Like slap in another "Have you had work done?" and nobody would care. He ends up as a head in a jar yeah he's gonna look different.

He's so Frederick H. Jones coded
dennis often puts his arm around mac and we as a fanbase interpret that as them being comfortable and cute with eachother like a couple but it’s absolutely fucking sending me that they had a movie night and somehow dennis and Old Man ended up like this. what was the logic in such an arrangement. does he just do this with whoever is closest to him. CRYING

"Cyberwoman is one of the greatest episodes of Torchwood. The idea of Ianto being a flat character meant to do nothing but serve coffee and drive the 'important' cast around is torn to shreds before our eyes and makes the audience examine the way they had ignored the man the same way the team did," I say into the mic.
The crowd boos. I began to walk off in shame, when a voice speaks and commands silence from the room.
"He's right," they say. I look for the owner of the voice. There in the 3rd row stands: Russell T. Davies.
