Playing weird pointless baby math in my head again - if we start in Nov, the furthest out we’ve agreed on, then I start prenatals in August… if I look at the year as a whole that means we are over halfway to august. I can do this first part again. It sucks but it’s doable. And the weather will be better, that will help. I won’t have seasonal depression also kicking my butt. *dont think about how long it may take to actually get pregnant and all the things that could go wrong don’t think about it don’t think about it don’t think about it*

I have a very hard time trusting that things will be okay. I just expect the entire process to be a series of worst case scenarios and for it to end with more heartbreak. But I have literally no facts that would suggest this.

#I guess I have a hard time thinking things can be good? #even now I have a sweet little home with a good partner and I just expect it to be taken from me 🤷🏻‍♂️

Feel like a bad jew because I am doing zilch for pesach. My appetite has been garbage so I don’t want to limit what I can manage to eat. I want to run a seder with my family but this is not the year for it because grief brain and also my partner is out of town for a work thing. I know I could have probably joined someone else but, again, grief brain makes plans and socializing hard, and also like… I just think it would be painful. I think it will trigger my baby sads and I don’t want to do that when I’m just home alone all week.
