Starting off this week with another Good Health Saunas shoot at Abloom Farm! This property is so gorgeous, and I got to admire the magical forest (tall trees planted in the 50's) from the inside of the infrared sauna. It was my first time in an infrared sauna, and I made it for an hour at 140 degrees. Seriously, I felt WAY better afterwards, and my muscles were looser.
