Hiya! Can I request literally ANYTHING for sting 😭 with a male or gender neutral reader (gender neutral would be better so anyone can read it! But do whatever)

I sighed as I made my way back to our shared apartment, sting and I’s. today had been sort of rough to say the least. You took many blows on the mission today but it was alright because you ended up winning. On the way back to the guild after the mission, your vehicle had broken down. So you had to walk to the guild for 5 hours. Your legs were numb and all you longed for was Sting. When you came to the Sabertooth guild expected to be greeted by your boyfriend, you met Rogue’s serious face.

Apparently Sabertooth had been in trouble, not much just a bit, they had a pool party last night and we all know how Sabertooth is, chaotic and messy but fun at the same time. The townspeople complained about them being too loud, so they called Sting into the magic council to have him sit down and get lectured about how to be “presentable”. you thanked rogue, and took lector back to your guys’ shared apartment. Lector wasn’t really the best company but he was your best friend and honestly other than sting you wouldn’t want anyone else beside you right now.

You entered your apartment and…it smelled of steak? You frowned walking in the kitchen only to find your boyfriend on the stove, frying steaks. He turned around and did his signature smirk and winked at you. You couldn’t help it, you jumped into his arms which was not a good move considering the stove was right beside him but you didn’t care. “Woah there babe chill” sting said chuckling. “I’m sorry I just missed you a lot today, wasn’t the best day honestly”, you said into the crook of his neck. He lifted you up and put you on the counter opposite of the stove, placing his hands on either side of your legs. “Wanna talk about it”, he said “In a while, I have to take a shower first”, he nodded, removing his hands from your sides and quickly caressing your cheeks with his hands and giving you a forehead kiss. You jumped off the counter and went to get cleaned up. You took off your full sleeved shirt and examined the wounds, surely some of them will leave scars. You went to take a shower and were extra careful around the wounds, after you were done you just changed into some gray shorts and a white half sleeve tee.

As you made your way to the kitchen you say everything being laid out, the stakes, the drinks, everything. It was like you were in a fancy restaurant. “what would you like to eat”, sting said in a goofy waiter mocking voice. You laughed to yourself before sitting down on the chair sting had pulled out for you, not before giving him a big kiss on the lips. As you ate the delicious dinner you told him how your day was and he told you whatever the magic council said. It was obvious both of you hadn’t had the best day but as long as you were with each other, you guys forget about all that stuff. “You know you could’ve laid out dinner for me too”, you heard Lector’s raspy voice come out. “Hey buddy, your dinners in the oven”, Sting said, to which lector smiled and went to get his dinner. After you two were done, you packed everything up washed the dished until sting saw your wounds. “OI WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL ME YOU GOT HURT” you just chuckled and told him you were fine, but he wasn’t budging. Still you helped out a bit in washing the dishes and after everything was done you two went up to your room. As you sat on the bed sighing, you felt stings hand wrap around your arm. He motioned you to turn towards him.

As you did he started bandaging your wounds up. Putting on anti-biotics and then wrapping them up. You winced throughout the process because it hurt but you know this was good for you. Afterwards you two brushed your teeth and washed your faces and made you way over to bed. As you laid down, you instantly felt stings arms go around your waist, pulling you closer. “Good night babe” he said in a sleepy voice, “Goodnight sting, I love you” you whispered, ever so softly. He kissed your forehead and murmured a “I love you more” before falling asleep. You fell asleep a while after him, listening to his heartbeat as it lulled you to a sweet sleep.

Please remember to take it easy and be kind to writers... (❁´◡`❁)

We write because we enjoy it, I personally love writing and getting requests. But that doesn’t always mean I will get to them right away, I don’t like putting things out just to put something out. Writing shouldn’t be a chore or feel like we have to make a deadline, it should be something that us writers can look back and go;

“I did that!” or even “Wow my writing has improved since I wrote that.”

No writer wants to look back on their work and feel like what they worked on isn’t enough, even though a lot of us still do that, but it makes it easier to look back on it and know that that we wrote this because we wanted to and not because we were worried that people would be upset if we didn’t post all the time. Sometimes life gets in the way, or writer's block does.

So please know that we aren’t ignoring your requests, though it may take time for us to get to them and post them. I know that personally it takes me a bit longer because sometimes a request has details and I want to follow through on that, or also because it takes me a bit to get some inspiration to write it (which I am constantly writing and re-writing things because I come up with scenarios that would work better for the request.

Also writers be kind to yourselves, know that whatever genre you write or who or what you write about, it is amazing. It doesn’t matter if you have just started writing, have been writing for however long, or are like me who has been writing for a long while and am just getting back into the swing of things after taking a break. Either way your writing is enough and don’t be afraid to ask for advice or help. Stay healthy and remember... YOUR WRITING IS AMAZING AND I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!!! ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ

To anyone else who is reading this... I am proud of you too. Whatever you are going through I know you can overcome it, I care about you. Please stay healthy and remember to drink water.

“Y/N, come on let’s go”, you heard Natsu’s voice call out in a stern tone, “what? Where”, you asked quite confused, turning around to face him, “home”, he simply said and took your hand, dragging you out of the guildhall.

You tried to protest but couldn’t say anything at the sudden movement so you just yelled “GOODBYE GRAY” to the navy haired boy you were just talking to before Natsu so rudely interrupted you both.

“Natsu for heaven’s sake let me go, it hurts” you said, trying to pry off Natsu’s strong grip on your wrist. He loosened his grip a little but didn’t let go. “what’s your problem”, you groaned out, once reaching home “what’s yours”, “what do you mean”, you asked confused.

“You didn’t have to flirt with that ice princess right in front of me”, he said in a voice much deeper than his usual, your eyebrows furrowed in confusion, “what you mean Gray? Natsu I was having a conversation with him, how is it flirting”, you said. “Laughing like a maniac at his lame jokes and ruffling his hair and touching his arm isn’t flirting”, he said in a sarcastic yet questionable tone.

“First of all his jokes were funny, second he was saying he liked his hair and that they were silky so I touched them to feel them, also he said that he’s cold all the time, being an ice mage, so I touched his arm and he was cold, what’s wrong with that.” Natsu groaned out. “you’re really oblivious aren’t you”

“You belong in a ditch”, you said, annoyed with his behavior

Hey everyone!

Over nearly 15 years, we have been blessed by an amazing story of fairies and never-ending adventures, and built a welcoming community that is filled with positivity and inclusion! A small group of us have come together and decided to create a way to show appreciation and love to all of the fandom creators who have blessed the internet.

We officially bring to you The Guild Awards!

Created by five moderators, The Guild Awards strive to create a positive environment in which we all come together and share our fondness for this amazing fandom. Three times per year, we will host an awards event in which fanart and fanfiction will be nominated by people from all over the net. These nominations will be posted on our page to be shared with the community, to raise awareness for our beloved authors and artists, and to share our favorite pieces with a broader audience.

At the end of the nomination period, there will be two weeks set aside for voting for our favorite pieces. The winners will then receive a little award for their hard work, but the greatest prize will be the honor and recognition their piece will receive.

We know there is a lot of information to sift through, and there may be plenty of questions that arise. So we are going to give everyone time to spread the word, get some favorite pieces lined up for nomination, as well as read up on all the rules.

Frequently Asked Questions Rules of Eligibility Categories

The first official nomination period will begin on August 1st and will run until August 31st! This will allow everyone one month's time to nominate their favorites as well as read/view all of the works nominated. After the nomination period has closed, we will announce the voting period in which a link will be provided for everyone to vote for their favorites.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are The Guild Awards?

The Guild Awards is a place where amazing fanart and fanfiction in the Fairy Tail fandom is recognized, admired, and offered the chance to be nominated for an award! In addition, it also gives lesser known authors and artists an opportunity to have their work shared to a broader extent and receive the admiration and recognition they deserve!

How do I nominate?

You can send in a submission in one of our nomination formats. Your submission will not be posted and therefore remain anonymous, only to be seen by the moderators. You can send in multiple nominations in one submission, as long as the nomination formats are used for each nomination. Please select your fiction nominations carefully; spelling and grammar are important parts of being an author. Anything deemed unacceptable by the moderator team will be disqualified. Once nominations are complete, the mods will post the list of accepted nominations so you can read and view them before voting.

Can I nominate my own art/fiction?

You cannot nominate yourself. Doing so will result in the nomination not being accepted and a warning from the award moderators.

How long do I have to nominate?

You will have one month to send in your nominations. At the start of each period, the dates will be announced for when you can send in nominations.

Can I nominate anonymously?

No. This is due to the fact that no one is allowed to nominate their own work. Also, if a nomination is disqualified, the moderators will be reaching out to the person who nominated to allow them another opportunity to nominate.

How many fanfics/fanarts can I nominate?

Only one fiction or artwork can be chosen for each category per person. Meaning, a story or artwork can only be nominated by one person per category. Therefore, any secondary nominations will be disregarded and the duplicate nominator will be allowed to submit another story or artwork in its place.

What fanfiction/fanart is eligible to be nominated?

What is the nominating format for fanfics? For fanart?

Can I nominate a fanart/fanfic that includes Original Characters or Crossover Characters?

Yes. For fanfics, 80% of the story needs to be focused on Fairy Tail characters and the development of the story. OC’s can be in a story, but the main focus needs to be on the Fairy Tail characters. Artwork can contain Non-FT characters where specified, but NO art may contain only OC’s or Non-FT characters (i.e. Artwork of “OC children” or “new wizard in the guild") are unacceptable without other genuine FT characters present in the piece)

I don’t want my fanart/fanfic nominated. Can I opt out? How?

Once a nomination has been approved by the moderators, the author/artist will be made aware of the nomination. Every author/artist retains the right to have their work removed from the nomination list and can opt out of future nominations.

How many terms are there?

There are three terms each year.

How long is each term?

Each term will be approximately 6 weeks long.

How long is the voting period?

The voting period will be 2 weeks long.

How do I vote?

Once the voting period begins, the moderators will post a link that will take you to the voting form. You must sign into Google in order to insure each person is allowed one vote per category. Your votes and identity will remain anonymous.

When are the winners announced?

At the end of each term.

What happens if my fanfic/fanart wins? Do I need to do anything?

Please send this blog or one of the mods your preferred email address so we can send your award to you as soon as possible. Otherwise, kick back, relax, and enjoy the feeling of being recognized for your hard work!

Rules of Eligibility

Fiction and Fanart published on any free site can be submitted for an award provided they meet all of the requirements of the nominations. These sites include, but are not limited to: Tumblr, Fanfiction.net, AO3, Deviantart, etc. If the validity of the site is uncertain, reach out to a moderator.

Multi-chapter fics must have been updated within the past 2 years of the nomination period. Fanart must have been created within the past 2 years of the nomination period. One-shots and drabbles must have been posted within the past 2 yearsof the nomination term.

If the work was posted onto several different locations, the earliest date and time stamp will be taken and checked against the current nomination period of eligibility. Stamps posted within reviews can be used to date a work and/or its chapters. Also, authors and artists will be contacted to verify timeframes if needed.

You cannot nominate yourself. Doing so will result in the nomination not being accepted and a warning from the award moderators.

You are only allowed to nominate one fanfic/fanart per category.

Each piece of Art or Fanfiction is allowed to be nominated into a maximum of two different categories per term. The nominations will be taken on a first come first serve basis, meaning that once a piece of Art or Fanfiction is nominated into two categories, it will not be allowed to be nominated into other categories, and each subsequent nomination will be rejected.

Each author/artist is allowed to be nominated twice per term. Meaning, an author/artist can only have a max of two of their creations be nominated per term. So be sure to pick your favorites carefully!

The work must be in compliance with the definition of the category into which it was nominated.

Both adult and non-adult fanfiction and artwork are acceptable for nominations.

Please keep in mind that these are subject to change pending participation and suggestions.

There are 32 categories in all - 16 for Fanfiction and 16 for Fanart. Please adhere to each categories’ definition when nominating. If a nomination does not fit within the definition, it will be disqualified.

- Best Action/Adventure Fiction

Action: “actual engagement in fighting an enemy; military or naval combat” Adventure: “participation in exciting undertakings, missions, or enterprises”

Does it make you sit on the edge of your seat? Do the characters battle adversity on a daily basis? Have the characters embarked on an epic quest?

- Best Alternate Universe/Reality Fiction

Anything that walks outside of Mashima’s vision. Anything that moves the characters outside of Mashima’s settings of Ishgar or the Alvarez Empire is AU/AR. Anything that changes the main characters beyond the basic core attributes Mashima granted them. Anything that includes a separate world and series of events.

- Best Canon Fiction

“The work of an author that have been accepted as authentic.“

If the story is set in Mashima’s universe and keeps the character origins, events, and motivations for character development that he created, then it is canon.

- Best Canon Divergent Fiction

Anything that walks outside of Mashima’s original vision, but includes some key defining moments from the original canon universe. Anything that starts in the World created by Mashima and is taken to a different outcome.

- Best Angst Fiction

“Any situation or series of events having/giving a feeling of dread, anxiety, or anguish. An acute but nonspecific sense of anxiety or remorse.”

Stories that delve into the lives of the characters and pit them against odds that create angst.

- Best Dark Fiction

Anything that brings the reader into a world of pain and suffering through abuse of the characters at the hands of the antagonist or internal strife. If it includes graphic rape, murder, abuse (mental or emotional), a character that is suicidal or possessed of depressing thoughts/outlook on life that colors the majority of the story in glum tones it can be considered a dark!fic. Can also be aimed to cause an overwhelming and painful feeling due to something frightfully shocking, terrifying, or revolting; fear. Aimed to frighten or ‘gross out’ the reader.

- Best Drama Fiction

“Any situation or series of events having vivid, emotional, conflicting, or striking interest or results.“

Stories that delve into the lives of the characters and take the readers with them on a journey through the gambit of emotive expression.

- Best Humor/Parody Fiction

Did it make you laugh? Did it deliberately spoof the anime/manga?

- Best NSFW Fiction

Sexual content/smut with plot. Both oneshots and specific chapters from multi-chapter fics are accepted in this category. If coming from a multi-chapter fic, a link for that specific chapter is required. Must include content depicting an act of the sexual nature; i.e., sex, masturbation, heavy petting/touching, etc.

- Best Oneshot Fiction

Any fiction that spans the length of one chapter. This can also be a fiction that contains more than one chapter provided that each one was posted at the same time and specifically deemed a “oneshot” by the author.

- Best Character Portrayal

A fic in which the author has created an in-depth characterization that, while it may diverge from Mashima’s vision for them, managed to attract the reader. *Nomination must include the specific character*

- Best Romance Fiction

“Ardent emotional attachment or involvement between people; love”

Stories that have developed a believable romance between two male/female characters. “Believable” is subjective, and it is up to those nominating/voting to draw their own line on that quantifier and vote their “Best”.

- Best LGBTQ+ Fiction

Stories that have developed a believable romance between two or more characters. “Believable” is subjective, and it is up to those nominating/voting to draw their own line on that quantifier and vote their “Best”. This excludes male/female pairings.

- Best Serial Fiction

A collection of drabbles or oneshots or a combination of both that makes up one larger story.

- Best Ficlet

For drabbles and poetry - of any genre or pairing - consisting of 1,000 words or less.

- Best Completed Fiction

A story with multiple chapters that will no longer be updated and should be listed as ‘complete’.

- Best Action/Adventure Artwork

Any fanart depicting adventures, engagement in fighting an enemy, or battles.

- Best Alternate Universe/Alternate Reality Artwork

Any fanart depicting the characters in an alternate reality or universe setting that walks outside of Mashima’s vision.

- Best Canon Artwork

Any art featuring the characters in a canon setting.

- Best Angst Artwork

Any art depicting a scene having/giving a feeling of dread, anxiety, or anguish.

- Best Dark Artwork

- Best NSFW Artwork

Any artwork portraying the characters of Fairy Tail engaged in a sex scene or a scene hinting at a sexual relationship. Can be one character, a pairing, or multiple characters.

- Best Character Artwork

Any artwork that is a ‘still life’ of one character. It may be bust only, bust and torso, or full body. The portrait should seem more ‘professional’ than a snapshot in its form and presentation, and should successfully convey a sense of the character’s canon personality to the viewer.

- Best Duo/Pairing Artwork

Any art that features two characters; be it a comic doujinshi, painting, drawing, sketch, etc. If other characters are included in the picture it is only allowed as a background. The focus MUST be on the pairing. The art can reflect either a platonic relationship or a romantic relationship between the two characters.

- Best Group Depiction Artwork

This artwork must feature 3 or more of the Fairy Tail characters to be eligible.

- Best Manga Coloring

Any panel taken from Fairy Tail manga and colored by the artist.

- Best Redraw Artwork

Any art that is a redraw of a scene from the manga or anime.

- Best Overall Artwork

The quality, time, thought, and emotion that went into this piece is what would make it worthy of this nomination. Please take note: The general idea is not the “best of what’s nominated” or “best of show.” It is a category created specifically for art appreciation. That means that even if the characters are OOC, AU, or not drawn in anime style, etc., the ART itself is worthy of praise.

okay so i just saw that i hit 100 followers! guys this is absolutely insane, and tbh i don't deserve it, i've been so inactive lately and whenever i open up tumblr and see that people follow me, it just feels like i've already let them down for some reason, but really THANK YOU SO MUCH, when i started this account back in april i never thought it would turn out like this, to have people like my work, words won't ever describe how thankful i am and how much i love you all, thanks so much for this and i'm gonna try my very best to start posting once everyday, the way i used to do it before, thanks so much again, i love you all so much, stay safe. :D

Could I make a request? Freed x scared reader?

Where the reader is afraid of rune mages because one hurt her in the past. Goes on a mission with the Thunder Legion as a new member of the guild not knowing Freed’s a rune mage. The group splits up with Freed and the reader. The reader finds out and freaks out and runs off. Reader runs into the rune mage who hurt her and Freed rescues her, figuring out why she freaked out. Reader grows to admire Freed.

Perhaps a part 2 where she eventually confesses as she grew to love him after what had happened and Freed later coming to like her too or something.

a/n 1: i didn't get what rune mages are so this isn't that good but i hoep it's okay, ALSO SORRY FOR THE WAIT

I traced the lines of the emblem on my skin, it was beautiful. I was now officially a member of Fairy tail. It was amazing to know that the people here were such cheerful humans. “The master wants to see you Y/N”, Mirajane’s soft voice made me snap out of my thoughts. I turned around to see a soft smile playing on her lips. “yes I’ll be with him, thanks mira”, I said, returning the smile. I walked over towards the bar where Master Makarov was seated, a glass in his hands which I suppose was filled with beer. “Ah Y/N, you’re here child”, he said with a smile. “Yes Master did you have anything to talk about”, “No child nothing important, I just wanted to welcome you, I see you’ve gotten the emblem”, I nodded. “The guild has certain rules set that you have to follow, it’s important as a guild master to tell these rules” I simply nodded taking a seat next to him” He told me the three rules about Fairy Tail, they were quite heart touching to be honest, but I knew, I knew I wouldn’t ever leave this guild, after everything they’ve done for me I couldn’t even imagine leaving all of this behind. I smiled at Master and gently shook his hand, “understood, but I don’t think I’m going anywhere”, he returned the smile. “do you perhaps want to go on a job?”, I gulped, hesitating to let out my answer”, “It’s alright I’m obviously not going to send you alone, I’m sure the Thunder Legion are leaving for the job soon and you’d fit right in with those crackheads”, he said chuckling. “Sure I wouldn’t mind I guess”, he nodded, beckoning Laxus to come towards us.

Laxus and the thunder legion walked over, I set my eyes to the ground, scared of Laxus’ cold glare, or maybe that was just an excuse, I wanted to hide my blush, already taking a liking to the green haired mage, I got shy, my eyes stayed fixated on the ground until the thunder legion was standing before me and Master. “What do you want old man”, Laxus deep voice said. “I was wondering if you could take Y/N with you on the job you’re all going on, I’m sure you know she’s new and I think she may fit right in with you dumbasses”, Evergreen, Bicslow and Freed chuckled at the last words of the sentence while Laxus kept a straight face. “Sure I got no problem”, Laxus said. “Okay then it’s settled Y/N, you’ll go with them”, I nodded and murmured “Thanks” and hopped off the stool and started walking towards the door as the Thunder Legion were already out of the guildhall.

I caught up with them and stayed silent as they discussed what they had to do with the job, everything was fine until I heard the words “Rune Mages”. I suddenly felt so small and lost, my past with them hasn’t been good, I didn’t pay attention to what they said, it was like their voices were blurred out, all those memories came back to my head as I clutched my shirt. “You okay there Y/N”, Evergreen’s voice came. “It’s okay to be nervous it’s your first job, don’t hesitate to tell us if you need something okay”, I nodded my head at her sweetness “I’m fine just you know”, “Yeah”, she smiled at me. We walked for a bit more until we reached the entrance of a forest. “okay so I’m going alone, towards north, Bicslow and Ever, you two go east, Freed and Y/N you both go west okay?” “Are you sure you wanna go alone bud, it can be dangerous out there”, Bicslow said, “Relax this is Laxus you’re talking about”, Freeds voice came in. I was sort of nervous but at the same time happy that I got to team up with Freed. “Meet me here, in two hours and keep your communication lacrimas on” “Okay”, the three let out parting ways. I walked with freed towards the western side of the forest. “So how are you liking Fairy Tail so far?”, he said. “Well I only joined today so I don’t think there’s much to say, but I’m sure I’ll love it”, he smiled in return of my answer. Freed let out an uncomfortable sigh, “Sre you okay”, I asked concerned. “yeah just..it’s weird that I’m going to be fighting against people with the same magic as me, but I hope it’ll be okay”, I stopped in my tracks, silence took over. “You okay”, freed asked looking back at me with an eyebrow raised, concern taking over his voice and features. “Y-you’re a r-run-e mage?”, I asked barely letting the words form. “yeah I am, surprising I know”. “No no no no no, get away from me”, “Y/N are you okay?”, but he was too late, you were already off running in whatever direction your feet were taking you, you heard his voice call out your name, but you didn’t stop, the memories, those bad days, everything was slowly coming back. You ran and ran until you hit something…someone’s chest was it? You looked up terrified, and there he stood before you, the person who haunted you, who ruined your life, “Oh well isn’t it Y/N”, he said, you were on the floor, fallen back from the sudden force. You had no time to get up and run you kept backing away, away from him, yelling at him to go away but no, he was there, “GO AWAY”, you yelled still backing away, a gasp left your lips and a tree harshly hit your back, he was closer now…you closed your eyes, ready to take the pain that was gonna be thrown at you…but it never came…? You heard a familiar voice, “Lever her alone”, freed’s hand was preventing your enemy to hurt you. You groaned lowly before everything went blur. “Y/N PLEASE WAKE UP”, you opened your eyes to a desperate Freed over you. He let out a small sigh in relieve, “you’re alive”, “what happened”, you asked. “Well the enemy attacked you”, “Oh okay and?” you asked, “well you got hurt and fainted” You sat despite the aching pain in your back. “Thanks Freed, you really saved me out there”, no problem, and Y/N I know that you’ve had a bad past with rune mages, he told me, I’m so sorry and I get why you ran off, I promise I won’t ever hurt you the way he did okay?”, you smiled up at him, “I should be the one apologizing, I was way too quick to judge”. You both smiled at each other before, letting silence take over you. “Freed, you’re badly injured”, you said, while tracing the huge cut on his bicep. “No I’m okay”, he said.

“If you two are done with your romantic shit, can we go home now, I’m tired”. You heard Laxus say, making you and Freed instantly back away from each other. Evergreen and Bicslow let out a quite laugh. “I’m never gonna hear the end of this”, Freed murmured, making you laugh.
