幸せと悲しい! (Happy and Sadd)

Day Nine in our department and there are few customer again for permit, we have a few work in our department but there so many permits that are needed for sign even there are few customer, but the nice thing that happen today was mam Jem treat me some siomai when we inspect the for closure shop outside municipal and that shop has need to pay the tax or they will pay the price in jail for 1 to 6 months. Our department will be relocate in the main building of municipal hall and our group in department will be reduced because some of my comrade will be transferred in the main building and some of us will be stayed in ABC Hall.

Day eight we have a few customer in our department in morning, so there will be a little work to do but when afternoon come's there will be so much work to do. We are looking some permits that are dump with the other permits and it's hard to find because of so many files that we need to look for but we are just doing our best to find that files that our ma’am order us, it is nice to have a hardworking comrade because our job became easy and not stressful.

       The intern was Jose Manuel J. Ambita and have so many things to do but neither lazy nor Hardworking but diligent when it comes to work, he have a family with stable income and have a family that so supportive to him but no achievement in school. Elementary and High School graduate.

 Acknowledgement

       Thank you for the people who contributed to the internship because of them we have now work experience and for the people in the department that given us some work and experience that are unforgettable.

 Introduction

An internship is a period of work experience offered by an organization for a limited period of time. Once confined to medical graduates, the term is now used for a wide range of placements in businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies. They are typically undertaken by students and graduates looking to gain relevant skills and experience in a particular field. Employers benefit from these placements because they often recruit employees from their best interns, who have known capabilities, thus saving time and money in the long run. Internships are usually arranged by third-party organizations which recruit interns on behalf of industry groups. Rules vary from country to country about when interns should be regarded as employees. The system can be open to exploitation by unscrupulous employers.

Internships for professional careers are similar in some ways, but not as rigorous as apprenticeships for professions, trade, and vocational jobs. The lack of standardization and oversight leaves the term "internship" open to broad interpretation. Interns may be high school students, college and university students, or post-graduate adults. These positions may be paid or unpaid and are temporary.

 Typically, an internship consists of an exchange of services for experience between the intern and the organization. Internships are used to determine if the intern still has an interest in that field after the real-life experience. In addition, an internship can be used to create a professional network that can assist with letters of recommendation or lead to future employment opportunities. The benefit of bringing an intern into full-time employment is that they are already familiar with the company, their position, and they typically need little to no training. Internships provide current college students the ability to participate in a field of their choice to receive hands on learning about a particular future career, preparing them for full-time work following graduation.

 Internship was a way to carefully understand the student of how the job it works in their place, to experience the difficulties of having a job, to train your-self as how the job works, and in order to gain work experience as a student.

Internship was designed as guide for you on how you will interact with other people on the job, how you will manage your own work using your own strategy, and how you will manage your time that are consumed by doing some work, this will be the stepping stone for you when you got a job in the future.

The students was assigned to their designated work place and have their schedule that given by the coordinator to them.

General Mariano Alvarez, the newest town of Cavite is formerly a part of the Municipality of Carmona. This new Municipality was named after General Mariano Alvarez, one of the foremost sons of Cavite, in the town of Noveleta during the revolution.  It is previously called Carmona Resettlement Project.  This project started in March 1968 because of the need to clear Quezon Memorial Park in Diliman, Quezon City of squatter’s shanties and other illegal constructions situated in it.  The People’s Home site and Housing Corporation (PHHC) prepared the basic development concepts with the National Planning Commission (NPC) and the Department of Health (DOH).  The group prescribed a minimum size of 12 x 12 or 144 square meters per relocated family.

Seventh Day in our department and we have a new comrade because one of our coworker is already finished their hour in immersion but we have a new comrade and they are hard working but the only problem was their lack of training and because of that we have a slow work for now and we have so many work that in queue, but we are trying our best so there will be no difficulties in our work by teaching the new comrade in our department

忙しい! (Busy!)

Sixth day in our department, we are totally busy again because there are too many permits that we need a sign and the reason behind of too many work is the day that a student wan’t and it’s friday, because of that there are so many people that want to rush their permit to sign and because of that the other people was became hasty and eventually became mad about the slow process we are doing but the only thing in my mind was complete the work with a calm and sincere attitude and to accomplish the task that are given to me easily. Our boss today was mad because of the change that didn’t came to sir to compute and give to the customer but they have no choice but to give the change of the customer using their own 💰.

ハード Fifth Day

Today was the hardest day because of my two colleagues have exam today and the other two was half day so the only helper in our department was me and Obias so the work was too much to handle by ourselves. We need to bring the permit to our boss for their sign because if we didn’t bring the permit on time the other permit that are waiting will be increased because of many people that are going in our department. While i’m walking to bring the permit to office i thought to my self to quit because the job was hard for me to handle but because of ma’am tina’s encouragement, the things that distracting my mind was dissolve instant and thank’s to ma’am tina.

Fourth Gear!!!!!!

Fourth day in our immersion was another busy day again and i don’t know the reason, why there are so many customer in our department but the only thing i know was it’s so busy in our place and there are so many permits that necessarily needed for sign of the people in higher position. I made a mistake for calling someone with loud voice and the person that i’m calling was the treasurer and they laugh’because of my mistake xD but im happy for them because they smile and laugh because of my mistake and the price of their smile and laugh was irreplaceable

Third Day in Bikini Bottom~~~~~~~

It is our third day in our department and as usual it’s busy again because of last day of weekdays and there are many people who are necessarily needed their business permit or renewing their business permit in that day. One of my fellow colleagues was ill but he tried to come because of the day that will waste but he couldn’t do the job properly if his ill so he leave early and didn’t complete the whole day, when one of my colleagues go home we are problematic because of the business permit that we need to give to the head for approval, when we finish the approval that we are holding, there will be next permit that necessarily needed for approval again and again until we became confuse of doing the permit because of the pile of permit that we need for approval, but the nice thing i heard for now is the appreciation of our sir of things that we are doing repeatedly.

Second Day in Bikini Bottom~~~~~~~

Busy day in our department because of the people who need permits in their business. One of the employee give me some instruction about encoding in their department, we use microsoft excel to encode the business permits info and when the permits are passed or for inspection. When lunch time was end and when we get back to our department one of our sir became mad because of us leaving the department simultaneously and no one will assist him for the permits that needed for approval, but i thought that our sir was only mad about me leaving the department in lunch time but i did get the approval to leave the department to have lunch and other was not doing my job seriously but i don’t care because i know that i’m doing my job properly and seriously to the extent of my ability but i won’t say it to him because he have the authority and we are just students, he have the authority to kick us out in the department so as a student i’ll just use he’s runt as an advice for the future.

First Day in Bikini Bottom~~~~~~~

Everyone are busy in the department that i placed in but our Ma’am gave some time for us to introduce with the other students that placed in the same department, and when the introduction was finished the other student consult us to know what we need to do when the other office worker need some help or when Ma’am or Sir need to do some errands for us in the Mayor’s office. The work was easy in first day because it’s tuesday but my senior said that in monday and friday will be busy day because of the people who need permits, the department that i placed in was department for people who need permits for their business or renewing their business permit, we always do some errands to get the other officers approval and go to mayor’s office to finalized the business permit.
