Ahah those are awesome! They all seem pretty balanced to me, but the most important thing is that you can understand the story from the effects. Good job! Maybe the Black saga is too good? Reanimate effect for 2BB that also do other things? I don't know. It can be a mythic rare or something.

Each creature you control deals damage equal to its power to target creature or player. The Black Saga 2BB Enchantment- Saga 1. Create a token that’s a copy of target creature card in an opponent’s graveyard except it’s Black. 2. Creatures you control are indestructible until the beginning of your next turn. 3. Each player discards their hand.

….Alright, what do you think? Do they look good mechanically? Did I hit the story beats right? I know the last one comes later, but after I realized I had a four-color cycle going, it had to be done. It was that or Garlic Jr.

The real question is “are the story beats recognizable” and “do the cards seem cool?” Balance is probably off, but that’s for development to figure out.

Ok! part 2!

Side note, I didn’t put any flavor text because I wanted to finish the set before adding details (like, maybe a card I write the flavor text for result unused, in which case I would have waisted a bit of time. I know it’s not a lot, and I could have done that, but  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ).

So yeah, Goten could have protection from Snakes, or also a bit of flavor to fill that blank.

Grab is way better as you worded it, so I’ll use that. I get a lot of templates almost nearly correct, but I’ll update them now.

There are not so many Shinjin for Kibito.

I partially agree on Instant transmission, because what it wanted to be in design, turned out to be different in ““development””. So maybe now it could be UW and the card I have now for UW (rescue something) can become white some work.

Ok! Finally have some time to read and respond :)

Chiaotsu is a bit weak. I agree. In our draft he didn’t shine, so maybe it’ll get a boost. (He can be a vampire too, I think. That’s a good idea. I used “human” because it’s what I use to translate “Earthling”, but they are a bit different. I can either use vampire for him or use Earthling for all...Earthlings ;) )

Chapuchai is strong, and needs nerfing. Instead of increasing its cost, I think something like this could be even more flavourful: “1W, T: Create a 0/0 white Human Chapuchai Clone creature token. Clone creatures you control get +1/+1.” This way, if you kill the “original”, all copies will disappear.

Gohan need to get a better bonus from Videl, and viceversa. 

 The Perfect mechanic was meant to be useful to smooth draft sinergies and increase the power of techniques. In draft, and only in draft, i realized that Form and Fusion also cared about creature types, so you could exile two Jrs. and get a monstrous Gotenks. This was not meant to be a thing, so I think I’ll reword Perfect to be something similar to “Perfect (This creature is considered every creature type as long as you’re choosing to pay additional costs of Technique spells you cast”. Wording is terrible, (and you could suggest something better, I hope xD) but this way perfect creatures could be balanced.

Hi! I finished my set!

This is the “first version” and I did some drafts, it turned out really smooth, the Perfect mechanic (changeling) is pretty OP in this set, so it must be nerfed.

There is still work to do, but I’ll post all the cards, grouped in posts like this, 9 cards in each post twice a day, until the whole set is out.
