anyway y’all i fucked uppp the other day but this week is starting off strong only ate half my allowance yesterday and burned close to 3000 calories. if i do that again today that is a pound of fat. whoop whoop. one binge cannot ruin my body scientifically impossible. just have to remain on track and everything will be fine

tomorrow i’m going to try to burn 3500 calories and eat 0. that’s a pound of fat. im allowed 0 cal caffeine and salt to keep from fainting but idccc gotta course correct after that binge. i hit my macros today tho 🙂 yay. haha.

binge ate today on food that im severely intolerant to so i definitely will be distended and in pain and bloated 5-10 lbs for the next few days. i don’t get it. ik the key to not binging is not fully removing foods from my diet but i HAVE to remove this food bc it is bad for my health. i wish i was allergic or something then i’d be careful. somehow being distended and sick and constipated and then diarrhea and stomach cramps isn’t bad enough to stop me

today i’ve had 1469 calories, my eating window closes in an hour and Im very very full from dinner so Im pretty happy with how I did. I only had 43g of protein today, which sucks because my goal is 60g a day. I also got 43g of fiber which is great because my goal is only 30g.
for breakfast I had oatmeal, some rice cake snacks and a gatorade zero, which was 527
for lunch I had a salad, a bit of vegan mochi and a fiber one bar for 457
for dinner I had some quinoa and beans with veggies for 485
I plan to spend the evening cleaning and working out a good workout routine, so hopefully ill get my steps up. it’s hard on my days off when i don’t work.

my goal today was 1084 and i ate 1042. still wayy under my maximum limit too. i also stayed within my eating times of 10am to 10pm. i just want to have a higher amount of protein in the future, so tomorrow i’ll try to get over 50 grams. i had 33 grams which is good but not great. i hit my fiber goal of over 20 grams tho which i’m happy about.

stop binging guide - organizing my thoughts
I’ve been binging non stop so unfortunately im going to have to set aside the weird online 4n4 social hierarchy about who can eat the lowest cals and base my weight loss/maintenance off of real science. This means that for 4n4 standards (especially edtwt) my diet is gonna be weak and easy. That’s okay, it’s better than suffering in a binge restriction cycle.
First things first, my calorie limit is 1500. This is the most I can possibly eat on any day. My goal for each day is my weight multiplied by 10. If I go over that goal, ITS OKAY. The only repercussion is that I must burn off additional calories to match the excess. This may seem extremely high calorie, but my BMR is 1388. I work an active job, aim to exercise 5 times a week at least and I typically get over 10,000 steps. i burn over 2000 calories regularly. 1500 is less than my maintenance, and on a typical day it’s over 500 calorie deficit. And that’s only if i eat my absolute maximum limit. This “high” calorie allowance while continuing to remain in deficit will allow me to eat enough that I don’t binge, but also keep me losing even if it’s slow. Im going to write out the specific rules below.
MAXIMUM limit 1500 calories daily
if maximum limit is breached, do a “cleanse” (extreme water weight/debloat drug mix i have <3) and fast the next day
daily goal is weight upon waking up x 10
all calories eaten over goal must be burned off in addition to any other cals burned that day
NO FOOD IS OFF LIMITS EXCEPT PRODUCTS WITH HEAVY DAIRY (i am extremely intolerant and bloating is a binge trigger for me)
must weigh/measure all food and log it
must exercise for 30 min at least 5 times a week
never exceed calories burned with calories eaten no matter what the goal of that day is
have pre packed snacks and frozen single serving dinners on hand at all times (fatigue and frustration from measuring and counting is a binge trigger for me, these things are pre measured and take near 0 effort to log)
have REAL PEANUT BUTTER in the house. (my biggest binges are peanut butter flavored items, reeces, etc. need to train myself to know it isn’t off limits so i can practice moderation)
don’t eat anything you aren’t proud of (must put effort into cooking and presentation. no eating 5 slices of bread w butter off the countertop. no eating out of the bag. no standing in front of the open fridge eating. meals must be nice looking and feel nice to make/eat)
liquid fast once a week.
this might be seen as failure to some but I genuinely just want to stop binging. eating 600 cals one day and 3000 the next isn’t working towards weight loss. it just makes me hate myself, and also stay at the same weight lol. good on u if u can eat 600 a day no ill effect, but I want long term results and that shit isn’t working for me. if you struggle with a binge restrict cycle like me maybe this will help you too, just adjusting calorie counts for your bmr/activity level.
