Shitty shit will happen to you, and it will happen to everyone else. Someone somewhere always has something horrible happening.

Does that mean we should never be happy when things are ok for us? Not have fun? Not enjoy life? Does that make us selfish?

Or would being sad all the time for everyone else's shitty shit just make the shit even worse?
