how did you shifted and what methods did you use? where did u shift to

I've shifted a few different times! My main DRs that I've shifted to are Slenderverse, Kingdom Hearts, and I minishifted to Coraline and Alice in Wonderland.

I personally don't like using methods; I usually just set my intention and think about my DR as I fall asleep. But I have successfully shifted using The Julia Method, so if I had to pick one that would be it.

any tips for staying still in the starfish position when i get the tingling sensations?

Thanks for the ask! First off, you don't have to stay completely still or in the starfish position while shifting, but if you want to, here's some ideas:

Meditate before your attempt to get used to being in a relaxed state

Say calming affirmations

Do something relaxing before you go to bed

I personally find it a lot easier to shift when I'm in a normal sleeping position though, because for me being in the starfish position just makes me think about my body more and it's harder for me to shift. T

Y'all this is going to sound really weird but I just went on Bing chat and just ranted about my DR and asked it to generate different stuff like meditations and stuff related to my DR, and I asked it to refer to me as both my CR name and my DR name (Blair). And it legit made me so motivated to shift like its not even funny

I don't really understand how waiting rooms work. I've personally never had one, but I see a lot of people on here talk about them. So do you just shift there and then go to your DR through it? If that's the case, what's the point of the WR when you could just shift directly to your DR? Another thing I'm confused about is I see people saying stuff like "I scripted that (character) is in my WR". But if there's a whole script for what it looks like, who's there, etc, isn't it basically just another DR?

A rant about my DR-lore

in my main DR I'm an angel-ish being, so I have abilities like dream walking, entering minds, mental projection, etc. I just scripted that one of the ways this affects me is that I sometimes receive visits from The Lost Kids, who are kids that went missing, and since I'm an angel I help them find peace and I also travel through their memories and help them.

There are lots of different kinds of lost kids, here is a list:

is it weird that I don't like scripting specific claims for things in my DR? I typically put that whatever it is looks like I imagine it, or when I do script how it looks, I have several mages and it's just like a combination of them and how I imagine it.

back when Wednesday was super popular, I made a DR for it but then I realized I hadn't actually watched the show and I was terrified of the Hyde 🥲

me after watching one episode of a tv show and wondering if i should make a dr of it:

I'm pan but sometimes I see people talking about their DR S/os (usually Eddy Munson for some reason) and they'll say stuff like "Omg I laid on his chest and he was so muscular!!" And I'm just here like

Or even outside of the shifting community like I saw a video on TikTok that was a girl being picked up by her boyfriend and it was supposed to be a thing to show off how attractive he is but I just thought "Man, I wish the girl was on camera longer".

Fun fact: When I first found out about shifting, I made a DR where basically I was a contestant on a dating reality show and the two winners would go live together in a mansion. Thankfully, I never actually shifted there.
