Unusual
It was one of the rarest days wherein Byulyi opted to wear a more feminine outfit in contrast to her usual baggy style. However, it seemed like the weather was not in her favor as the sudden cold breeze hits the skin of the back of her neck, making her shiver as she walked through the streets not far from their music video filming site.
Her hair was pulled up into a messy bun, a gold necklace belonging to a set of two hanging loosely around her neck. She was clad in an oversized white button-up polo shirt, the first button undone and the collar pulled down her shoulders, showing a bit of her collarbones. The hem of the shirt was tucked inside a tightly fitted black pencil skirt that emphasizes the curve of her waist. To top it off, she completed the outfit with a pair of white rubber shoes and a small simple yet fancy hand purse.
It was unusual for Byulyi to be wearing such an outfit offstage but Yongsun was not complaining. It was a new fresh look and the younger definitely looked stunning. The moment she walked into the filming set, the entire team, including Wheein and Hyejin, were in shambles, however, the younger's conscious gaze as they walked through the area did not go unnoticed.
Yongsun was having an internal turmoil, torn between her protectiveness triggered by the vulnerability visible on the woman's face and not knowing how to act on her worries. She bit her lip, staring down her now slightly shorter bandmate all thanks to the heels she was currently wearing.
The moment Byulyi hid herself behind the leader, she dropped all her hesitation, finally removing the blazer she wore above her silk cream one-piece outfit and stopping on her tracks to turn and drape the garment around Byulyi's shoulders. The younger, in turn, stared at her in shock, currently in a flustered state at the sudden action.
A mischievous glint flashed through Byulyi's eyes, smirking at the older who looked away from the gaze, cheeks flushed with red. "Unnie, that made my heart skip a beat" she teased, much to Yongsun's misery, poking the older's nose with her index finger.
Following right after the younger who continued walking to the convenience store, she groaned.
"Shut up, Byul-ah."
Bonus:
Byulyi clutched onto the blazer, her lips stretched into a wide grin as she walked pass a dumbfounded Yongsun. Her cheeks were tinted red, her heartbeat was racing and she couldn't help but let out a small squeal. When she said her heart skipped a beat, she wasn't lying.

Love your ff! For a prompt what about byul being being her usual caring and wonderful self with solar and wheesa maybe and other idols or people getting surprised by how wonderful and attentive she is ?
Hi Anon and thanks for the prompt! I combined it with the next one since they were so similar, I hope you won’t mind :)
“Hey, baby.” Byulyi walked into the dark bedroom and turned on her nightlamp. Her jeans felt tight after a long day and she was glad to finally change into comfy pj bottoms for the night.
Yongsun was already in bed, back propped up against her pillow. She raised her eyes from her tablet, looking at her girlfriend through a pair of rimmed glasses. “Hey you. Getting ready for bed?”
“Mmh-mmh,” Byulyi made sure her girlfriend’s gaze was focused on her naked chest for a while before finally slipping into an old t-shirt. She smirked.
“Tease.”
“You love me anyway.” Byulyi sat on the bed, her back to Yongsun, putting on a pair of fuzzy socks.
“I do.”
Finally, the rapper got into bed, snuggling into Yongsun’s side. “Put that down and cuddle with me?”
Yongsun pretended to be annoyed, barely suppressing a smile. The tablet found its place on her nightstand as she slid under the covers, facing Byulyi.
“Did you have fun today?” She asked, brushing a few strands of hair from her girlfriend’s forehead and tucking them behind her ear.
“Yeah. It’s good to do something different every once in a while. It was refreshing to be around them.” Byulyi nuzzled Yongsun’s hand.
“For you, maybe. Everyone loved you.”
They shifted their positions until Byulyi’s arm was under Yongsun’s head.
“Ah, come on, Yong – everyone loved us.”  She kissed her temple.
“Nope, they loved our performance. But they loved you, Byulyi. They were all over you –Byulyi unnie this, Byulyi noona that…”
”Kim Yongsun, are you jealous?!” Byulyi couldn’t hide the amusement in her voice.
“Absolutely not.”
“Oh my God, you are jealous.”
“How could I be jealous of them?!”
“But you are, though!” Byulyi chuckled. “I know you, Yong. Is it because I was mostly paying attention to them today? Did you feel a little neglected? You can admit it, I won’t tease you.”
“Okay, maybe a little jealous.” Yongsun hid her face into Byulyi’s armpit.
“I love you but you’re the worst,” the rapper laughed.
“Hey!” In a moment, Yongsun sat up on the bed again and smashed her pillow on Byulyi’s face with feign indignation. “You said you wouldn’t tease!”
Muffled laughter came from under the pillow. “Couldn’t resist.”
Yongsun took pity on her girlfriend and removed the pillow. She crossed her legs, facing Byulyi once again.
“You know, I did feel a bit jealous, but I was also so fucking proud of you that I thought my heart was going to explode in my ribcage.”
Byulyi listened with interest, always a sucker for praise. “Proud of me? For playing and clowning around?”
“It’s not just that and you know it. There’s something about you, Byul-ah. You have a way with them. You manage to make everyone instantly at ease, you’re comforting, charming and funny at the same time. I love that about you. Everyone else does, too.”
Byulyi smiled sheepishly. “It’s just because I’m the eldest. I’ve had lots of practice.”
“Perhaps. But I’m still incredibly proud to be your girlfriend. You are the kindest, most genuine, most lovable woman on the planet – everyone agrees, young and old – and somehow you’re mine.”
Byulyi covered her face with her hands in embarrassment for a moment, then changed her mind and outstretched her arms. “Come here, you.”
“You know, you’ll make a great parent someday,” was Yongsun’s last remark before she sank into her girlfriend’s arms.
“Maybe. But until then, you’re still my only baby girl,” the rapper whispered in her ear, stroking her hair.
Yongsun melted at the use of the nickname. “I love you to the moon and back.”
“I love you too, Yong,” Byulyi stifled a yawn, soothingly scratching her girlfriend’s nape. “But, no more school visits for us. I’m telling our managers. I might be good with children, but you’re the one getting all sentimental on me.”
Yongsun kissed the teasing smile off of Byulyi’s lips. “Shut up and go to sleep.”
“Yes, ma'am.” Byulyi extended her arm to turn off her nightlight. She snuggled as close to Yongsun as possible, feeling comforted by the heat radiating from her girlfriend’s body and the warm duvet. After a few more kisses in the dark, they both fell asleep.

Moonsun prompt: Byul trying to hide her affection when Solar is filming for Solarsido and thats why she has to edit out plenty of footage. Hope you have a good day and stay safe!!
Hi Anon and thanks for the prompt! I hope you like a healthy mix of fluff and angst...
-
It’s breaking Yongsun’s heart. She’s lounging on the couch with her laptop, one earbud in, legs outstretched and intertwined with Byulyi’s, who’s playing a game on her phone.
“What’s wrong, Yong?”
Yongsun is thankful because, while Byulyi can see the frown on her face, she can’t see the screen and therefore can’t connect the dots. Yongsun doesn’t want to talk about it – there’s nothing to be said, anyway. Nothing to be done. Things can’t change. Not yet. Not for a long time, probably.
“Nothing babe, just too much editing. It’s giving me a headache.”
“Leave it for a bit? Rest your eyes? I’ll make you a cup of tea.”
“In a sec,” Yongsun smiles warily.
“Mmh, ‘kay, I’m putting on the kettle,” Byulyi announces, getting off the couch and heading towards the kitchen.
Yongsun thinks back on her work on the past few episodes of Solarsido. Whenever Byulyi is featured, the editing becomes… tricky. It’s a painfully slow process, editing out all the little bits and pieces that would betray them. It drains her time, and her emotions.
It’s mostly Byulyi’s fault, but Yongsun can’t find it in her heart to reproach her for it. It’s clear from the footage just how hard Byulyi’s trying. She does fail often, but Yongsun refuses to blame her girlfriend because she’s too sweet towards her.
She doesn’t do it as much when they’re outside, but it’s like filming at home makes it harder for Byulyi. Yongsun can see why. When they’re not filming Solarsido, there are no cameras around – it’s the one place where they’re allowed to just be together, most of the time. Byulyi’s instinctual affection and muscle memory do the rest.
So Yongsun has to edit out all the footage where Byulyi can be seen with pouting lips, approaching Yongsun with the intention to kiss the top of her head, before she remembers she’s not supposed to and retreats with a shy smile.
And the footage where Byulyi just forgets what they’re doing for a second and hugs her from behind – a gesture that’s usually so reassuring and habitual for both of them, but it makes Yongsun’s spine go stiff if they’re filming. That’s when Byulyi remembers, and moves away.
And all the footage in which a casual ‘babe’ slips Byulyi’s mouth. That’s Yongsun’s least favorite part. There’s a whole lot of it. Some ‘love’s, even.
Thing is, the camera doesn’t lie, but they have to. So Yongsun sucks it up, and edits away. She’ll never admit it to Byulyi, but she saves all the discarded bits of footage in a folder in the depths of her laptop.
Maybe one day she’ll stop editing them out and edit them all in. A very special coming out video compilation for Solarsido. That would drive up views for sure, she thinks to herself, chuckling and wiping a fresh tear from her cheek at the same time.
One day.
Right now, she follows her girlfriend’s sweet singing voice and the scent of freshly brewed tea into the kitchen.

Yongsun pushed Byulyi against the bed, hovering above her as she gazed into her eyes, glistening in both surprise and anticipation. Her arms caged Byulyi's head, leaving a little space between the two women.
"Unnie?" She asked in confusion, her voice shaking and cheeks colored with beautiful red at the compromising position they were both in. She could feel Yongsun's airy breath brushing against the skin of her cheeks, making her look away in embarrassment.
Yongsun brought her lips to Byulyi's ear's, muttering lowly with her husky voice. "What do I do, Byul-ah? You're just too cute.." She watched as her ears began to redden, smirking in amusement before she leans in and leaves a kiss, coaxing a soft moan out of her lover.

Solar being Moonbyul's number one source of energy when she's tired
Hi Anon and thanks for the prompt! Bad news - I misbehaved and reversed the roles because that’s what my muses wanted. I am gonna write a fic for your actual prompt at some point in the future, I promise. In the meanwhile, I hope you can still enjoy some shamelessly cheesy fluff. Sorry! <3
Kim Yongsun has many nicknames. Solar. Yongkong. Squirtle. Yongdunnie. Yeba. MCDuk. But also: The Battery. The Duracell Bunny. That’s because Kim Yongsun never, ever slacks off. Always positive, always hardworking to the max, she always encourages herself and her members to give more, more, more.  She is known for her anti-laziness agenda. Lazy people have no future, she once declared in an interview. That’s not just a principle for her – she embodies it every moment of every day.
Yongsun is no superhuman. Most days, she simply is so pumped, so hyper, that she just doesn’t recognize her own tiredness as it creeps up on her. She has pushed herself to ignore her own signs of weariness for so long, that now, more often than not, she doesn’t even notice those signs as they show up. However, someone else does notice. Byulyi.
Over the years they spent together, personally and professionally, Byulyi has accepted it as her own mission to act as Yongsun’s external regulator. To make sure her girlfriend doesn’t push herself past the point of no return. The leader can’t even be trusted to acknowledge her own fatigue when someone else points it out to her. She is just like a kid who is having too much fun and wants to keep playing at all costs even if it’s long past bedtime, Byulyi thinks affectionately. Yongsun will never, ever admit it when she’s exhausted. So Byulyi finds ways around it.
On especially hard days, particularly when they’ve had an early start, Byulyi knows that, around 6pm, Yongsun can get a bit abrasive. She’ll have a hint of sarcasm in her voice when she talks to Byulyi, be slightly irritable with Wheein, a bit harsher than she needs to be when she corrects Hyejin. Byulyi is on the lookout for this to happen, and, as soon as she notices, she’s ready to announce that they all need a break. Of course, the leader will attempt to keep working while the others rest, but Byulyi is ready for this too and annoys Yongsun with her antics until the she can’t help but laugh and goof off as well.
When they practice a hard choreography for hours on end, Byulyi glances periodically at Yongsun in the mirror. Sometimes, she perceives her girlfriend’s reflexes being ever so slightly slower than usual as she dances. It doesn’t really impact on the success of the practice, but Byulyi knows what it means - so she stops dancing to go get a piece of fruit, “for herself”. Byulyi ends up eating one or two apple slices, and feeds the rest to Yongsun.
But the deadliest giveaway of all, meaning Yongsun is at the point of total exhaustion, is when she absentmindedly starts rubbing her left ear. Byulyi doesn’t see it very often, but when it does happen, she knows it’s time to act. She’ll unceremoniously pull Yongsun on the couch, lie on top of her and outright refuse to move. She’ll just ignore the leader’s weak protests, and stay silent herself until Yongsun’s eyelids start fluttering. And then, they’ll both have a nap.
Byulyi finds a myriad more different ways to make sure Yongsun’s batteries never give out. She does whatever she needs to do to keep her girlfriend’s energy levels stable through their taxing days.
She makes sure Yongsun doesn’t have too much caffeine early in the morning, to avoid a crash later on. She installs a white noise  machine in their bedroom, and buys a wake-up light alarm clock. She talks their manager into spacing their schedules out as much as possible. She checks that her girlfriend has enough time to eat and go to the toilet between such schedules, so that she’s not hungry or uncomfortable on their next one. On stage, she silently waits while Yongsun talks to MooMoos , ready to handle her an open water bottle so that she can fully use the next three short seconds to quench her thirst, before the next song starts.
Byulyi doesn’t know if Yongsun is aware of all of this. She does what she does discreetly, almost stealthily. Most often, she pretends that she’s the one whose needs get met by her own actions. Yongsun is simply too headstrong, and this way of going about it makes both of their lives easier.
However, every once in a while, Yongsun interrupts what she’s doing on her own accord, just for a moment. She walks over to Byulyi, and holds her so tight that the rapper almost can’t breathe. She whispers a muffled “thank you” in her ear. Byulyi asks why she’s being thanked. “You know why,” is always her girlfriend’s reply.
To everyone’s eyes, Kim Yongsun is like an over-energized Duracell bunny. We don’t know how she does it, people will say. They don’t know that, for every full battery in the world, somewhere, there’s a charger.

Unexpected...
Solar reached over the center console as she got into the car.
“Hi babe.”
It hadn’t been long since they last saw each other but it was the first time in a while since the older one made a move. Usually such actions would be matched with a grin but Solar backed up to see a shocked look on her girlfriend’s face.
Wide-eyed, Solar froze. “What, what happened?”
Moonbyul pointed towards the camera mounted on the dash.
“Unnie, I was doing an Instagram live.”

Creaking the door open, Moonbyul slowly popped her head inside the room. The other girl had her eyes glued on the screen but once she saw a black figurine pop up in the distance lurking behind her monitor.
"Can I have this?" The younger girl held up the ice cream that she had just bought the other day from their supermarket run. Big Yong was already used to it; they would be buying food that neither of them are normally ate becasue of their special guest who came over from time to time.
Solar smirked. Despite all the time that they had spent together and the numerous times that the rapper had already taken food from the refrigerator already, she was still well-mannered, asking her if she could eat it if she knew it was her favourite too. "Yes, go ahead," she said in a motherly tone.
The younger girl's eyes glistened once she got the seal of approval from the owner of the refrigerator. Quietly, as she came in, Moonbyul closed the door behind her. Settling herself down on the sofa to watch TV while she waited for her girlfriend to finish her live, Moonbyul kept herself content with ice cream.
They had nothing planned. She had woken up and messaged the other girl immediately after, asking if she could come over. Solar responded saying that she was holding a YouTube live later in the day but she didn't technically say no to her. As a result, here she was.
Big Yong came back home a while later as she was finishing up the ice cream. Getting up to offer the older sister an ice cream, the two sat there in silence with only the sound of the TV playing. It wasn't an uncomfortable silence but ever since the suggested stay at home orders had started a few months earlier, everyone was feeling weirdly drained, grasping the reality of their new lifestyle.
With several wrappers on the table already, Moonbyul couldn't help but want to find something else to snack on. Opening the fridge, she found the tomatoes that Yong said she would eat after the live but who knew when that would be? It was already an hour into the livestream and she was bored. Peeking into the room for the nth time, she looked at the older girl while motioning the tomato in her hand.
Moonbyul spoke with her eyes. "Do you want one?"
Solar should have seen this coming. Her original plans for the night were not going to stay the same when you have a hamster rummaging your fridge. She couldn't believe the younger one though, having her favourite food first without her. She sighed. Despite wanting to eat one now too and not wanting Moonbyul to eat one without her, it wasn't like she could say no to her either. "Just eat it. I'll have one later." She directed her eyes back to the comments and resumed her livestream.
A few moments later, she heard the door click again and wondered what she was eating without her. But instead of seeing her lover holding food, she was a chair. Settling herself down a few centimetres away from her desk and away from the camera, Byul pulled out her phone to play.
They could last a few days not seeing each other. That's what they told fans. If you forced them, they could but let's be honest, not seeing each other all the time would be more weirder.

Blue [MoonSun short]
There’s not much to say about this except… I guess it’s obvious where the inspiration for this one came from ;)
To whoever is reading this short: Thank you and enjoy reading :)
Blue.
The color Byulyi liked to wear a lot more often recently much to Yongsun’s delight as well as dismay.
Delight because her girlfriend looked so incredibly attractive wearing items in said color, often choosing the royal blue tone over any other blue hue.
Dismay because with Byulyi rocking royal blue t-shirts or button-down shirts, she looked like a god damn snack. Not that she usually didn’t but there was something about the color that Yongsun found made her extra hot. So much so that she recalled her knees buckling the first time Byulyi showed up in her new, sinfully tight t-shirt.
It certainly didn’t help Byulyi’s black hair and her creamy skin stood out even more against the cool blue tint yet what drew Yong in the most was how much more intense her eyes seemed to be. These dark brown, expressive orbs Yongsun had lost herself in one time too many.
Yongsun had to admit she often thought about it whenever Byulyi wasn’t able to spend the night with her and would later scold herself for being so incredibly needy; so much in fact she’d end up touching herself to the thought of her girlfriend. It wasn’t something the ashblond woman was proud of but she couldn’t ignore the intense throbbing between her legs anymore.
So imagine how loud Yong’s internal groan was the moment she laid eyes upon her girlfriend who walked into her living room, wearing a royal blue polo shirt, not having bothered to button it.
In an instant Yongsun felt the tingling sensation within her stomach which only intensified when Byulyi greeted her, leaning down to place a soft kiss onto her lips.
“What?” Byulyi asked as she plopped down next to her on the couch, “do I have something on my face?”
“N-no,” Yongsun stammered, still staring at the younger woman, “y-you… you look good.”
Yongsun didn’t dare to voice all the colorful, x-rated words she had in mind to describe how hot her girlfriend looked.
“You like it?” Byulyi asked, looking down at her shirt, “I thought I’d try something different for once.”
“Y-yeah… I like it,” Yongsun replied, unconciously licking her lips, slowly leaning closer.
“Should I button it? It’s not too revealing, is it?”
Byulyi didn’t expect to be pounced on nor did she expect to be pushed down onto the couch and her lips being captured in a searing kiss.
I thought of maybe extending the short story. I’m not sure yet. Again, to whoever read this: Thank you for taking the time to do so :)

Moonsun+ fluffy+ first date 😌 please and thank you
It had been Byulyi who asked Yongsun out.
So why am I suddenly the one planning for everything?
It was a saturday evening. Yongsun, as usual, was filming her youtube video(something along the expose your gallery challenge lines) when Byulyi suddenly called her. She swiped the green button to answer the call, definitely not expecting a blunt "Wanna go on a date somewhere?" from her girlfriend.
It hadn't been so long since the two of them started dating and knowing that they will finally be going on their very first date as lovers, it excited her.
And almost immediately, Yongsun answered "Sure."
What she didn't expect, though, was the question that follows. The line was silent for a moment, until she heard a tiny voice, hesitantly muttering "Where?"
Flustered is an understatement. Yongsun's mind was on a state of panic.
Both women were celebrities, moreso, they belong in a single group so going outdoors is a no-no. Dinner date at a fancy restaurant seems too generic as well.
So where?
-
They ended up staying at home, cuddled up on a fluffy blanket with Byulyi's head placed on Yongsun's tummy. The latter's back was pressed against her bed's headboard as she looked down, adoring her girlfriend's soft and raw features. No makeup. Just her. Byulyi, on the other hand, stared back up, playing with Yongsun's bleached (yet unexpectedly soft) strands.
The scenario seemed too natural for the both of them but in fact, it was the first time the two actually took their time to admire each other openly.
The audio of a movie they were watching was blurred out in the background, and the chips they initially planned on eating was left untouched.
Right now, it was just the both of them. Kim Yongsun and Moon Byulyi.
Bonus:
"What were you doing when I called you?" Byulyi asked, voice laced with both curiosity and amusement. "You answered so quickly."
"Uh, filming." Yongsun replied, a soft smile forming on her lips at the memory. "Youtube stuff."
Yes, she caught all that on camera. The way she brightened up almost immediately when she saw the caller's name on the camera's screen and heard the ringtone set specially for her girlfriend echoing through the walls of her room, her cheeks heating up as she giggled through the phone when Byulyi dropped the question, and, lastly, the best part with her eyes widening and jaw dropping, dumbfounded at the word "where".
Maybe she'd give Byulyi the pleasure of making fun of her later on.

Alarm Clocks
The younger girl didn't get it. How was it possible that someone could just lie on the bed, fall asleep, and not walk up until the next day even if alarms and bells were ringing at max volume? Despite being together for 7 years already, she still didn't get it. Incomprehensible.
"Unnie," Moonbyul groaned. "Your alarmmmm." She tossed her arm behind her onto the sleeping girl next to her. It was futile. She already knew but would still continue to try every time. "Unnie," she said louder. This time she shook her with the least amount of effort she could without waking herself up from the sudden use of energy. 'Ughhhhh. And this is why I'm telling my sisters to not dare someone who's a heavy sleeper,' she thought.
The alarm snoozed for the second time. Another 10 minutes would pass until the next one would start ringing. Solar usually sets 10, maybe 15 alarms, all within a couple minutes of each other. In an attempt to get her partner to wake herself up, Moonbyul had gotten her girlfriend a variety of alarms. From the ones that make loud explosive sounds, to the ones that mimic daylight, to ones that fly, she bought them all. Nothing was going to wake the leader... Nothing but her. The rapper didn't mind at first in the first stage of their relationship as she ended up waking up earlier than the other. The excitement of having her confession accepted to taking the next step in their relationship, kept the younger girl awake longer and awake the fastest. She knew her partner was a heavy sleeper. The other girl practically never moves in her sleep. It worked out for the both of them though. While one of them fell asleep as soon as she hit the covers, she wasn’t disturbed by the other’s rustling while she played on her phone for a bit and turning side to side to find the most comfortable position for the night. The only problem they had, or as Solar says it as ‘only Moonbyul’s problem’, is their wake up routine. Constant kisses and nudges to the cheeks and strokes to the back usually brought the sleeping queen from her slumber but they've been together for 6 years now. As much as she loved her, she also loved her sleep and some days, her desire to continue to sleep outweighed that. Today was one of those days.
Solar always tried to be proactive, being the leader and all. She would set alarms and run through the plan for the next day. The only issue was things would never go according to plan because she would never wake up on time. It wasn’t until the rapper started to live with her that she realized the reason for her tardiness. Somewhere in their relationship, Moonbyul turned from lover into alarm clock and the older girl didn’t mind. I mean if someone could choose between being woken up by their phone alarm or their partner, usually one would choose the later. It was lovely at first. The younger girl would gently wake her up and sometimes it would be accompanied with kisses to the cheek. She couldn’t say the same though nowadays.
“UNNIE!!!!” Byul kicked the other girl in the legs from behind her, trying to ease her out of the shared bed. It wasn’t the best way but it worked as the dormant girl fell off the bed with a thud, jolting her awake. A small scream was accompanied with pouts and whines as Solar rubbed her new bruises on her body. Slowly rolling over to check on her lover with half her face still covered by the blankets, she stared at the other.
“What,” Solar grunts, looking up at her coworker. “Do you feel better now? You couldn’t have woken me up like how every normal couple does it?”
“Hey, don’t blame me. I already woke you up the normal way. It’s your fault for not waking up. I had to resort to drastic measures.” Moonbyul started to regret her actions as she saw the leader pout again and rub her aching bottom. She reached her hand out from under the covers, grasping the aching’s girl by the hand.
“What-,” Solar squinted at the other’s antics. “You pushed me off the bed to wake me up and now you’re pulling me back onto it?”
Byul pulled her lover underneath the covers until she could wrap her other hand around her waist. Leaning into her neck, Moonbyul left a chaste kiss on the pouting leader only before falling back onto the pillow, eyes closed, ready to go back to sleep.
Solar was left to look at a sleeping girl who had since tightened her hold around her. “Ya-,” she said in a stern voice as she blew a puff of air into the other’s face in hopes of waking her up, the girl only shook her head in annoyance. Moonbyul tightened her hold even more and snuggled her face closer into Solar’s chest. Solar fidgeted at first, taken by surprise by the sudden actions of her girlfriend.
“You know, if you keep this up, I might just fall back asleep again and undo all the efforts that you have put in.”
Solar could feel Moonbyul’s lips as she responded. “Well, you need to make it up to me anyways for waking me up. This was supposed to be the day I sleep in.”
“Well, it’s not my fault you stayed up all night to play MapleStory.”
“Hey, I don’t want to hear that from someone who couldn’t put done a phone game for two months.” There was no way Solar could retort that. It was the truth. She even made the younger girl watch her even though it was way past both of their bedtimes. She returned the hug and wrapped her arms around the other as she buried her head in her lover's chest. Both of their breathing levelled out and only the small him of the air conditioner could be heard.
"I think you should get up now," Moonbyul mumbled and she nudged her lover.
Solar snuggled even closer towards the warmth in the bed. "Mmmm, I'm sure five more minutes won't hurt. Besides, I'll just tell them I couldn't hear my alarm again."
Originally, this had another ending to it...might do that one later.

"Aren't you going to get out of the car?" Moonbyul looked dumbfounded at her lover. She had been talking about this the entire day and even planned for this which is one of the reasons why they were together today. She couldn't believe that the older one forgot.
"UNNIE!" she said, groaning. "I told you we're filming a video for Hyejin's birthday!"
"Ahhhhhh!!!!" Solar's eyes opened in shock. "That's right. That's right." Solar got back into the passenger seat next to Byul and closed the door. She could see the younger girl roll her eyes again. But, I mean, it wasn't her fault that she forgot. After filming for Solarsido which consisted of Byul constantly messing with her, they had decided to go out to get food rather than ordering food. It was a busy day. Even though she had her Colleague 1 help, sometimes it would feel like she was watching over a child at the same time.
"Okay, Unnie?" Moonbyul raised her phone and got ready to press record. The leader nodded in accordance and the video recording started. It was going to be a quick one. They were going to just sing happy birthday and say some wishes and then end the call. It was a straightforward call but Solar still forgot to sing. The minute Byul started off with the song, her lower register always made Solar freeze. It always happened during their vlives too whenever their fans would ask the younger one to sing her solo songs. It wasn't until the whining voice of her lover that brought her back to reality. "Why aren't you singing?"
Solar joined mid-song and harmonized like usual. "I loved you, love you, and will always love you. AHN HYEJIN!"
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Live a long life!"
---
It was always whenever she opened her camera to get ready to record that Moonbyul would always remember how much she loved the other girl. Fans said that she was whipped for her and they were right. It's been a while since Solar went and got her hair done with her roots showing due to the lack of scheduling. She hadn't been keeping up with her normal routine either from constant face masks and workouts. Despite all this, Moonbyul thought she was still the prettiest. She couldn't help but focus her eyes on the other and smile while they recorded.
"Enough, enough!" It wasn't that Moonbyul didn't like to hear the older girl sing. It was just that whenever the older girl started to sign, she wouldn't know when to stop and Moonbyul did not plan this date night to end in the car. It was a long day already and all she was looking forward to was a refreshing shower and the bed.
"You were born to be loved."
"Happy birthday! Bye!"

I had more written but then from jumping between Twitter for more moonsun contents and still in the Tumblr post page, it got deleted because I didn't save it yet. I might write a bit more later but also a Solarsido one will come soon too.

"Why did it take you so long to think of three things?" Yong looked the other direction, away from the younger one who was now trying to get close up in her face. "Unnie, it was just three strengths. We both know that I have more than that."
It was late already and Solar just wanted to sleep. Finally giving in, pushing her lover's face away with her forefinger. "It's not like I could tell them you're good in bed," she mumbled.
"What?" A frozen hamster was shocked by what she had just heard. "What did you just say?"
"Nothing."
"Unnie, say it again." Moonbyul got back into the older girl's face, connecting their foreheads in the process. "I want to hear you say it again," she breathed.
Reaching up and gripping her hand against the rapper's arm, Solar leaned in for a chaste kiss on the lips. In a small voice, she muttered, "I said, it's not like I could tell them how good you are in bed."
Moonbyul liked it when she was in control. "Well, should we should see what else I'm good at in bed?"

4 - cafe
“Is this seat taken?"
Yong looked up from her phone. Byul stood over the table, smiling innocently at the older woman, both hands carrying their drinks. They were sitting together just a minute ago, playing with each other’s hands, before the barista called their name.
Yong quickly racked her brain to see if she wanted to play along or not. Then, why not?

She didn’t stay over at Yong’s house that much. Despite how things looked, and her own clingy tendencies, she really didn’t.

i really love your style of writing! could you do one where either byul or yong generally has trouble sleeping and tends to work their way through their stress to the point of complete exhaustion and the other notices one day so they try to take care of them? thanks so much!
Hi anonnie! I’m so sorry this was in my drafts for ages :( I hope this is okay. Note that I wrote this in the middle of a chronic pain flare so the editing may be shitty lmao 😅
CW: insomnia, allusion to nudity but in a non sexual context

"Byul-ah, how did that look?" Yongsun was breathing heavily as she asked her girlfriend, glancing at Hyojung beside her.
Byulyi just gave them both a thumbs up and a cheeky smile, "Looking just a good as the last two run throughs, Yong."
Yongsun and Hyojung had been perfecting their choreography for "Yummy" for hours by then. Yongsun was adamant that something wasn't right and she wanted to fix it, though she wasn't sure what she was fixing. Byulyi insisted they looked great but Yongsun wasn't inclined to believe that unless she saw it herself.
"Yongsun-ah," Byulyi sighed when she recognized the look on her girlfriend's face, "Come here."
Hyojung had retreated to where her purse was, sipping at her water bottle as she scrolled through her phone. Yongsun pouted at Byulyi but still made her way over, searching her girlfriend's face for any indication that she wasn't being truthful about her thoughts on the dance.
Byulyi handed her a bottle of water and tugged her closer, reaching behind Yongsun's head to gently pull her hair from its messy knot. She smoothed down her girlfriend's hair as she kept the scrunchie on her own wrist, looking at her for another moment before speaking.
"You are doing so well," Byulyi promised, "And the choreography has looked great the every time you've done it today. Please stop worrying so much, Ddun."
Yongsun grumbled under her breath before replying, "It's missing something."
"Babe," Byulyi huffed, "It's perfect. It's almost 2 AM, can we please call it a night? You don't want to keep Hyojung awake all night, do you?"
Glancing at the clock across the room to confirm her girlfriend's words, the blonde pouted again, "But-"
"You look exhausted. Pushing yourself too hard for a video is something you promised wouldn't happen."
"Byulyi, I'm fine," Yongsun insisted, giving her girlfriend a pouty look that usually won her over. Byulyi wouldn't budge this time though, ignoring her puppy eyes to call over to the other dancer.
"Hyojung, do you want to call it a night? It's getting late and we'd hate to keep you up."
The other woman looked up from her phone and smiled in their direction, "If you're ready to, Yongsun. We could meet after your schedule on Wednesday and film?"
Yongsun sighed in defeat and glared lightly at Byulyi, "That sounds good. Thank you for staying so late with us."
"No problem! I had fun, you're a really good dancer, Yongsun-ah."
She started packing up her things, stopping to shut off the sound system for them. Byulyi gave Yongsun an apologetic smile and motioned for her to grab her stuff too. The older obeyed, albeit all while grumbling quietly to herself.
"Bye, Byulyi! Bye, Yongsun!" Hyojung called cheerfully as she left the practice room, "See you later."
The couple echoed her goodbyes, almost done gathering up their own things. Yongsun looked at her girlfriend pointedly as she grabbed Byulyi's fluffy black jacket and put it on herself.
"You act like I'm going to complain about that," Byulyi teased, "I like it when you wear my clothes, Ddun."
"Shush," Yongsun grumbled, slinging her bag over her shoulder. She was clearly exhausted and her endorphins from dancing all day were beginning to crash. Her eyes drooped sleepily and she was having trouble maintaining her grumpy attitude due to that.
"Yong," Byulyi sighed, "Don't be mad at me. I'm just worried about you, you work so hard and I adore your determination but you need to slow down sometimes."
"I'm fine, Byulyi."
"I know you are," she wrapped an arm around Yongsun's waist, "But you're also human and you need rest. Stressing yourself out about Solarsido is not a good idea. It's supposed to be fun for you and if the company thinks it's affecting your other work they'll want you to stop or cut time working on videos."
Yongsun huffed but didn't pull away, instead she mumbled a reply, "I hate it when you're right."
"I know you do, baby," Byulyi laughed a little. She kept her arm around Yongsun's waist as they made their way out to the parking lot. Sure there were cameras all over the company building but skinship was to be expected between them; besides it was 2:00 AM and Byulyi just wanted to comfort her grumpy girlfriend.
Once they reached Byulyi's car, she opened the passenger door for Yongsun. The older woman thanked her quietly, climbing into the seat and shutting the door behind her. Byulyi got into the driver's side and buckled up before glancing at Yongsun.
"Mine or yours?" She asked softly, "Unless you want to be alone tonight. Whatever you want, Yong."
"Yours," Yongsun replied without a thought, "Your bed is comfy and bigger."
The younger laughed and nodded, "Alright." She started the car and reversed out of the parking space, absentmindedly passing Yongsun the AUX cord so she could plug her phone in. Her girlfriend took it and fussed around with her phone for a bit before deciding on a song. Byulyi smiled shyly at her when she realized it was her own solo, the soft melody of In My Room playing through the car's speakers.
"This is probably my favourite song of yours," Yongsun murmured, "Your voice suits this kind of vibe."
Byulyi hummed, still a little shy about her vocal ability, "Thank you, baby. I'm quite fond of this one too."
Her girlfriend gave her a sleepy half-smile before resting her head against the car window. Byulyi saw her slouch a little in her peripheral and watched as she closed her eyes, sighing a little.
"Don't fall asleep if you don't wanna be carried, Yong," she teased, knowing how much the older hated being picked up.
"I'm awake," Yongsun's words were so heavy with fatigue that they contradicted their meaning. Her girlfriend just laughed, turning the music down to a more comfortable volume and continuing to drive home.
Not much later, Byulyi pulled into the parking lot of her apartment complex, parking in her usual spot. She glanced over at Yongsun as she unbuckled, finding her girlfriend had indeed dozed off. She shook her head fondly as she got out of the car, collecting her bag and Yongsun's and swinging them over her shoulder.
Coming around to the passenger side, the younger opened the door and caught her girlfriend's head before she fell forward. Yongsun grumbled at the movement and Byulyi shushed her gently, brushing her hair out of her face as she spoke.
"Ddunnie, I told you not to fall asleep."
"... 'm awake."
Byulyi laughed and poked her soft cheek, "Then open your eyes and let's go home."
"Mm," Yongsun's eyes fluttered open and she looked at her girlfriend with a tired smile, "I like when you say that like it's our home."
Byulyi shrugged, "My home is whenever you are, love."
"Greasy!"
She laughed at the older's annoyed retort, reaching around her to unbuckle Yongsun's seatbelt. Her girlfriend wiggled out of the seat, half leaning against Byulyi the whole time. The younger just chuckled at her clinginess, knowing this came with her exhaustion, and half carried her girlfriend towards the building entrance after locking her car.
They took the elevator up to Byulyi's floor, Yongsun having let go of her but still kept a light grip on her hand. Byulyi glanced down at her, noticing the way her eyes drooped and her brow was furrowed. That was the face of a tired yet worried Yongsun, her mind clearly full of thoughts that wouldn't allow her to relax. She would have to fix that, Byulyi concluded, because a stressed out girlfriend was never a good sight.
After Byulyi unlocked the door, Yongsun wandered into the living room and promptly flopped onto the couch. Her girlfriend laughed a bit at the sight, setting their bags down and hanging up Yongsun's coat.
"Don't tell me you're going to fall asleep right there," she teased as she came over to the couch, "You'll make your back hurt, baby."
"Tired..."
Byulyi had crouched down to untied her running shoes, gently tugging them off Yongsun's feet. She set them down by the couch, planning on putting them away later.
"I know you're tired, Ddun. Why don't I run you a bath first, aching muscles are the last thing you need right now."
Yongsun hummed noncommittally, hiding her face in the sleeve of Byulyi's coat. Her girlfriend sighed and patted her thigh gently, getting to her feet and heading towards the bathroom.
After starting the bath, Byulyi rummaged around in the cupboard in search of a particular thing. She quickly found the lavender Epsom salts she was looking for, knowing they would both ease Yongsun's overworked muscles and calm her mind a bit. She dumped a fair amount into the water, steam rising in the bathroom and fogging up the mirror. She added a sweet, floral scented bath bomb that Yonghee had gifted to her around Christmas time, figuring Yongsun would enjoy the scent as well.
Leaving the water to run a bit longer, she wandered back out into the living room. To her surprise, Yongsun was sitting up, phone in hand and the concerned furrow back in her brow.
"Yongsun," Byulyi sighed, "No more work tonight."
"I need to talk to editor unnie, Byulyi," Yongsun muttered, "I need this solarsido edited as soon as possible and she needs to know what I want done."
"Baby, please," Byulyi sat down beside her, "You're tired and it's late. I promise unnie knows how to edit, she's been doing it for years. Let yourself relax, just for tonight."
"But-"
"Ddun, I love you and your determination is very admirable. I know you love to work but you need to slow down sometimes too. Can you please just come take a bath and relax for a few minutes?"
Yongsun pouted, "I just want things to be ready for tomorrow."
"Yongsun."
"Fine," Yongsun huffed at her girlfriend's no-nonsense tone, "But only if you join me."
***
Byulyi would have liked to say it took a lot more persuasion to get her into the bathtub as well, but that would clearly be a lie. One pouty look from her girlfriend had the younger melting and she agreed immediately. So there she was, up to her neck in floral bath water, with Yongsun snugly in her arms.
Her bathtub did have enough room for them to sit across from each other comfortably, but Yongsun always preferred to sit in between Byulyi's legs and be in her embrace. Byulyi certainly never complained, enjoying this unadulterated, private closeness that they didn't often get to have. Schedules had been busy since before Christmas, even despite the quarantine and all, so they hadn't had much quite time to spend alone in the last while.
Yongsun was finally letting herself relax, her eyes falling closed as she leaned against her girlfriend's solid body. The warm water was a nice escape from the cold winter outside, especially since she had been dancing and moving all day. She hated to admit it, but Byulyi had been right; she needed to slow down and rest like this.
"Are you falling asleep on me again?" Byulyi murmured against Yongsun's neck, lips ghosting gentle kisses along her pulse point. Yongsun hummed at the contact and shook her head, not bothering to give a verbal reply.
"You wanna talk about what's got you so stressed?"
The blonde just sighed, slouching further into Byulyi's arms and tilting her head back to meet her eyes. She didn't want to talk about it, she wanted to continue to relax in the comfort silence they'd created in the warmth of the bathroom. She knew she couldn't escape it though, Byulyi wanted to know why she was pushing herself so far.
"I just don't want to let Moomoos down," Yongsun mumbled, "I want them to be proud of me... I want you to be proud of me."
"Baby," Byulyi's voice was soft but not condescending, "You know I'm always proud of you. You know Moomoos will support you in whatever you do. None of us want to see you suffer because you pushed yourself too hard. We just want to see you happy."
"I just want to do so much," Yongsun sighed, closing her eyes to collect herself. Byulyi has begun rubbing her shoulders and neck gently, knowing that's where she held the majority of her tension, and the older melted against her touch. She couldn't be upset with her girlfriend for caring about her like this, she was really grateful for it, but she didn't want to talk about why she hadn't been sleeping lately.
"I know you do," Byulyi hummed, "You and that brilliant brain of yours have so many ideas. Time isn't going to run out, you know that? You have so much time in the future to do whatever video or music concepts you please, don't push yourself so much now."
"It feels like there's never enough time. I want to make our fans happy and give them content even when things are so uncertain right now. Even if we're not promoting I want to be there for them, you know?"
Her girlfriend nodded, pressing a kiss to Yongsun's cheek, "I understand, Yong. I agree, I want to always be there for moomoos. Interacting with them makes me just as happy, but they won't be happy to know you're sacrificing yourself for content."
"That's a bit dramatic, Byul," Yongsun scoffed, "I can stay up past 2 AM without dying or something."
"Of course you can. But working for fourteen plus hours a day and not resting near enough? That's not good for anyone, Yongsun. I'm just worried, you work so hard but even you need breaks."
With a large sigh, Yongsun turned a bit to look directly at the younger, "You're not gonna let it go, are you?"
Byulyi smiled at her annoyance, "Humour me, dear."
"I hate it when you're right," Yongsun pouted, "You get so smug about it."
"Oh hush," Byulyi absentmindedly ran her hand up Yongsun's arm to make sure she wasn't getting cold, "I just want to make sure you take care of yourself."
"Annoying."
"Only because I love you," Byulyi said, pouting a little at Yongsun's dismissive attitude. She never liked when her girlfriend was upset, even if it wasn't exactly directed at her. She was afraid to push her too far; not wanting to coddle her or be too overbearing but worrying about her wellbeing too much to stay silent.
Sensing the hint of anxiety in Byulyi's tone, Yongsun took a hold of her hand and laced their fingers together. She made a point of relaxing further into her body, showing she wasn't actually mad, "I love you too, Byulyi. I know you mean well, I don't mean to sound so ungrateful. Thank you for caring so much."
"All I ask is that you take care of yourself," Byulyi replied softly, "Or let me do it for you."
Yongsun smiled, "You seem to be pretty good at it. You're sweet, you know that?"
"I try my best, Ddun."
They lapsed back into comfortable silence for a few more minutes, enjoying the quiet closeness together. Byulyi's arms rested lightly around Yongsun's waist, holding her close but for once never wandering. Yongsun was tracing shapes over the back of Byulyi's hand, feather light touches spelling out "I love you" on her skin.
"I love you too," Byulyi nuzzled into her neck after realizing what she was doing, "You're my world, Yongsun."
Yongsun squeaked a little at that, surprised at the sincerity in her tone, "Yah, don't get all mushy on me. You'll make me cry."
Byulyi laughed a little at that, feeling her wiggle in her arms out of shyness. She didn't reply, just kissed her shoulder to punctuate her earlier point. Eventually Yongsun settled down again, bonking her head lightly against Byulyi's shoulder and sighing contently.
"Time for bed? The water's getting cold."
Yongsun nodded at the preposition, shimmying out of her girlfriend's arms to stand up. She climbed out of the bathtub and grabbed a towel off the rack nearby, wrapping the soft blue fabric loosely around her body. She grabbed another one for Byulyi, holding out her hand to help her out of the water as well.
"Such the gentlewoman," Byulyi teased as she stood on the bathmat, letting Yongsun wrap the towel around her. Her girlfriend just smiled, leaning closer to drop a kiss to her exposed collarbone before heading in the direction of Byulyi's bedroom without a word.
Byulyi watched her go, amused, before turning to open the drain in the tub. She watched the pink tinted water empty for a moment before leaving the bathroom as well, shutting off the light behind her.
She found Yongsun in her room, clad only in her underwear with the towel draped precariously over her shoulders. She was rummaging through Byulyi's dresser, no doubt looking for pyjamas she had left on one of the other countless nights she stayed over.
Byulyi came over silently to grab her own pyjamas, reaching around Yongsun's body to take a shirt from the top of the drawer. Yongsun jumped a little, pouting up at her girlfriend.
"You scared me," she whined, still passing a pair of pyjama shorts to the younger.
"Maybe you shouldn't be so jumpy, Yong."
"Mean."
Byulyi frowned, leaning down to kiss her lightly, "Me? Mean? How dare you make such an accusation, Miss Kim."
Yongsun rolled her eyes at the theatrics but still stood on her toes to kiss her again, "You're annoying."
"I know," Byulyi hummed as she moved away to get dressed, "But you love me anyway."
By the time Byulyi had pulled on her pyjamas, which were decorated with tiny corgi decals, Yongsun had already plopped herself onto her bed. Her girlfriend turned to find her sprawled out on top of the blankets, wearing one of Byulyi's long t-shirts with her hair tumbling from its haphazard bun.
"Baby, you'd sleep better under the covers," Byulyi laughed and nudged her leg a little. Yongsun just grumbled, shimmying up the bed to lay on one of the pillows and allow her girlfriend to pull the blankets back.
"So grumpy," the dark haired woman said as she got into the bed as well. Yongsun just rolled towards her, wiggling until she had effectively squished Byulyi's thin body almost completely under her own.
Byulyi grunted a little at the sudden weight but just shifted until she could get comfy under her girlfriend. Yongsun hummed appreciatively at her compliance, snuggling as close as possible to the younger.
"My grumpy Ddun," Byulyi's voice was amused but not mocking, "Do you feel better now?"
Yongsun nodded, "Sleepy."
"I know, baby," Byulyi replied, "Have you been sleeping well lately?"
Yongsun gave a half shrug, "Mm, not really."
That made her frown, "Why not?"
"Dunno," the blonde leaned into her touch when Byulyi started playing with her hair, gently pulling it from the elastic and smoothing it down her back.
"That's not an answer, love."
Yongsun sighed and looked up at her, "Stressed. It's always because of stress, Byulyi. I just have a lot on my plate and I'm too preoccupied to sleep."
Byulyi gave her an apologetic look and hugged her a bit closer, "I'm sorry, Yongsun. You know I only ask because I care."
"I know."
"It's okay to slow down for a bit," Byulyi reminded her softly, "You don't need to constantly be running around and doing so much."
"But I want to."
"I know you do, baby. That's not logical though, if you stress yourself out with YouTube and work stuff you won't enjoy doing it anymore."
Yongsun sighed in defeat, once again knowing her girlfriend had a point, "I just want to make them proud..."
"You do," Byulyi replied immediately, "Moomoos, the girls and I, the staff, your family; we're all so proud of you. Never have we had a reason not to be, you're so wonderful, Yongsun."
"You're biased."
The other woman sighed at that accusation, "Maybe I am but that just means I've seen how wonderful you truly are. I wouldn't lie to you, Yong."
"Okay..."
"I love you, baby," Byulyi placed a hand on her cheek to look her in the eye, "I'm so proud of you and everything you've created."
Yongsun was silent for a moment, "God, I love you. What are you so sweet for?"
"Just telling the truth, sunshine."
"I'll try to slow down I just... I like being occupied."
Byulyi smiled, "All I ask is that you try. Don't stress too much, you'll do amazing with whatever you decide to do and you don't have to do everything at once."
Yongsun nodded, shifting a bit in Byulyi's arms to lean up and kiss her, "Thank you."
"What for, Ddun?"
"For being so patient with me," she replied, "For always being here for me and believing in me. You don't know just how helpful that is."
"I do it because I love you," Byulyi shrugged, "And it's my job as your best friend and your girlfriend. Besides, you do the same for me, Yong."
Yongsun pouted a little, snuggling closer so she could hide her face in the crook of Byulyi's neck. The younger laughed a little and rubbed her back gently, holding to calm her down enough so she could sleep.
"Ready to sleep, Yongsun?"
The blonde hummed from her hiding place, "Yeah, tired."
"I know," Byulyi echoed her earlier reply, "You worked hard today, you deserve the rest."
"Can we sleep in tomorrow?" Her question was muffled and her tone was soft, as if she was already falling asleep.
Byulyi was a bit surprised, Yongsun didn't often ask for more rest time, "Of course we can, if you want, baby."
"Mm, good," the blonde answered, "I wan' cuddle with you."
"You're cuddling with me right now, silly," Byulyi hugged her a little closer, feeling her girlfriend's body relax against her own.
"Yeah..."
"Well, we can stay in bed for as long as you want, Ddunnie," Byulyi concluded, "You deserve all the rest and cuddles of course."
"You're the best," Yongsun lifted her head a little to look at Byulyi, "Gimme kiss, please."
The dark haired woman laughed at that, of course leaning closer to kiss her girlfriend soundly. Yongsun smiled sleepily against her lips, clearly content having gotten what she wanted.
"Thank you," she hummed, "I love you."
"I love you too, my Yongsun," Byulyi replied as she settled down again, "Let yourself rest now, you've earned it."
