If indigenous ppl are talking about their struggles and how systematic oppression effect them and your immediate response is “I’m not American, it’s not like that here in (Insert country)” you’re a racist. There’s indigenous ppl where you live, no matter where you are. The Ainu of Japan, the Sámi of Europe, the indigenous Palestinians, the Äynu in China, the First Nations of Canada, the Khoeisans of South Africa, Maoli of Hawaii and many more.
