Halfway through reading Dear Your Holiness by MollyMaryMarie for the first time, I knew it was going to be one of those fics that I read over and over and over again so it’s no surprise that it’s the one I chose for my very first bind!

i just want everyone to know that i read and adore every comment on my works on ao3, and while i WANT to reply to them all individually, i often struggle to keep up (which is not to say that i get so many comments, i can't keep up with them all, i just don't often have the spoons to reply until 3 months later when they've all piled up)

so i recognize that i have to stop kidding myself into thinking i can reply to them all but just know that i read them all (i still have notifications for comments turned on) and i love them and i love you

I'll let you in on a secret. The priest Remus fic was written out of my own religious trauma, so... I feel like it *might* be safe for you to read (depending on how traumatic your personal experience has been). Definitely shows faith in both a positive and negative light, but religion, as an institution, with overall negative vibes lol

Hi, gorgeous! First things first, how are you? Hope everything's alright!!!!

I'm writing this because I need to tell you how much I love Dear Your Holiness (I love every single one of your fics, don't get me wrong, but DYH? Christ -pun intended-.) I read it for the first time exactly one year ago and since then, it had always been there on the very top of my favourite ones, unmoving. Last week, I decided to re-read it and, don't want to be sappy, but it felt like coming back home. Your writing is simply amazing and the building of the characters is simply brilliant.

And, while Remus and Sirius will always be my favourite part of it all, (their story, how Sirius falls in love twice for the same person, how Remus chooses Sirius over everything) my favourite part is Harry. It means so so much to me and I think you did such a great job (plus, amazing Teddy's characterisation, of course. I really don't know which character I love the most.)

I just simply wanted to thank you for sharing with us such a beautiful story and a comfortable place for me to come back when I need to feel happy. You are so talented.
