He doesn’t like how you keep on saying sorry for literally nothing! Even saying sorry to the desk you accidentally bumped against a table in his workshop or even worse a mortal. A normal insignificant, useless, good-for-nothing mortal that you just apologize to.

Before you got together you both had the biggest crushes on each but neither wanted to say anything about it even if it was so obvious that it was just killing everyone. Spoiler: he caved first, he couldn’t handle it, he wanted to be with you so bad. He wanted you.

Honestly, you both have a water bed. Why? Duh, so both of you would be able to sleep better since you just need the cold and the heat so you stay on separate sides of the bed. Buttt there’s an exception when it comes to cuddles <3

Got sick by you…just your ice powers were a little bit too powerful one night which gave him a cold the very next morning. It’s fine yet you were absolutely horrified and apologized so many times while taking care of him. (not like he’s complaining since you're taking care of him.

Hey I’m not sure if you’ll read this and I’m kinda nervous but I had an idea!

Wukong is are under a love potion right? mk and pigsy was helping him out until he saw the shy yet sweet female reader ( who was just waiting for them to come back since she was on a look out for thier stuff ) took off her hair tie and does that hair flip to make it more come undone until she sees them coming back.

I got this idea by listening to this song called “ might start singing ” by wuvv . I thought the part where wukong just caught her on time doing that sexy hair flip and looks at him smiling ( she was happy they’re back ) I hope this was okay!

Taking off the hair tie keeping your hair up and away from your face finally down with a small sigh. Just to see the sight of monkey king with the other two—with a disappointed and confused expression? “Mr. Monkey king! You're here.” You smile brightly, who just stares at you funny.

Umm, did you do something wrong? Why is he staring at with hearts in his eyes? You must have done something wrong! “Aren’t you beautiful.” Wukong jumps at his feet and runs towards you. He's inches close to your face with his hands on your shoulder.

 “Were you always this beautiful or are you just shining so bright today?” you could feel the blood rushing to your cheeks. “uh!..” you feel your soul leaving your body instantly before Pigsy drags him away “that’s enough out of you.”

“uhh so monkey king just started acting that way for no reason. well he did drink something, it was all pink and smelled like roses” 

“Wait, so monkey king just started acting that way because of a drink?!” you shocked out of your mind, monkey king is sick because of some drink?!  This is bad! This is terrible! “You can call me Wukong sweetheart. only you though.” you feel a little  embarrassed when he winks at you to call by his real name before Pigsy drags him away.

“Weird, monkey king seems to like you a lot?”

Mk and his sweetheart but even you aren’t that dense. Yet it can’t be true! You’re not really his ideal type. Deep down, you wish it was true.

 while getting up to check on him since he wasn’t registering you—you calling his name—he was so terrified, he had sweat beading over his forehead and the look in his eyes made you worried. 

“What’s wrong? Are you alright?” you ask, caressing his cheek and making him face while you caress his hand. You felt his trembling and saw how he kept breathing fast but suddenly stopped, inhaling deep and slowly exhaling.

 “Everything is fine mk.” you comfort him, pressing your forehead against his.  “it was just a bad dream. nothing more. Go back to sleep okay?” when he didn’t answer you continued to press his head with soft kisses, hoping it would calm him down. He didn’t move until his heartbeat got slower and steadier

You had always been pretty against reading. “Just returning things,”  you say shrugging your shoulders–it was pretty obvious to anyone with a bag full of books you were holding–“I thought they stopped releasing new issues of the series.” you walk over to the shelves full of the newly released comic and picking one up and scanning through it.

Lloyd followed behind you looking at what you had picked up but not saying anything you noticed this and decided to tease him turning around and walking towards him with a smile.

“You know what? Since I've been so mean to a kid, I'll buy it for you." You winked, knowing he would be bothered by that little "kid" comment. "I'm not a kid, and I can pay for myself,"  you said before heading to the register while Lloyd tried to take the comic from you.

Can I get macaque and wukong who see their s/o in a traditional hanfu for the first time? You were freaking out over what color to wear, from green to blue to red and whatnot. He, on the other hand, wasn’t paying attention to what you were worrying about, only answers when you asked which color he likes. Gold, of course. 

Until the very day of the new year comes closer and closer, yet here you are still getting ready; it’s been hours! You won’t let him see you or even check up on you even for a second!…and now he’s fallen asleep since the fireworks don’t start until later!

"Wukong. Wukong." You gently push his shoulder to wake him up—to your surprise; he could sleep while sitting and even on the cliff's edge—since you're finally done dressing up, and the fireworks will start soon. He was sitting on a little pillow beside the one he was sitting on.

 "Come on." You try again with less force. He still doesn't respond, so you give his shoulder another good shake. He grumbles lowly before opening his eyes slowly, blinking rapidly until he's finally focused on your face. His mouth completely drops to the floor before looking at the rest of you.

You smile while taking your hand and gently closing his mouth for him. "Good morning, sleepyhead." The corners of your lips twitch as he looks into your eyes as if he were put into a trance.

 He blinks rapidly and then smiles wide and genuine before pulling you closer in a hug, wrapping his arms around you. he kisses your cheek and nuzzles it softly, pressing his warm cheek against yours.

"Hey, you'll ruin my make-up," you mutter, lightly hitting his chest and gently pushing him back. "come on, the fireworks are gonna start." just as you say that, a loud boom from the sky makes itself heard, and lightning flashes through the night sky. 

You turn back to see the fireworks, yet he keeps looking at you, leading you to overthink a little. Did you mess up your make-up? Did your clothes get dirty? Is one part of your air sticking out? But when you turn back around, he gives you this look, and you can feel your heart drop to your stomach. 

So close. He's so close to you he could lean forward and press his lips against yours. But instead, he pulls you closer to him again and wraps his arm around you once more. 

You feel yourself melt under his touch. You take a deep breath, trying to calm down your racing heart. Seeing lipstick residue on his lips makes you worry that your lipstick is messed up. As the fireworks begin, a bright flash of white lightning illuminates the side of his face, causing his eyelids to flutter.

"You're acting so weird."

"Because I respect special days," he says before leaning into you and pressing his forehead against yours. "I want to be here for them. With you." he presses a kiss against your lips.

He got a hint of what you were doing. Slowly buying certain things, not letting him near them and just wrapping and hiding them somewhere he won’t be able to get his hands on.

But it’s not as if it bothers him that much; he’ll see it when you show it to him.

You're late. Macaque sighs, watching the star in the sky shine while Macaque finally waits for you to show up. You seemed very excited about seeing him on New Year's to see fireworks, but honestly, he didn't care about such things until you asked him to spend New Year with you.

"hey, macaque!" You wave at him while running towards him with two hands, pulling up your dress so you won't accidentally trip over it. "Sorry if I made you wait long; I lost track of time," you said while panting after catching up with him.

He gets a pretty good look at you, seeing your smile and eyes, your hair styled in such a fancy way that it makes your hair look even more gorgeous. "Yeah, it's fine," he replied while scratching the back of his neck, taking quick looks at you, then back to the side.

"come on!" You wrap your arms around him—he tenses up—resting against his shoulder while walking down somewhere to see the fireworks. Yet you've been dying to hear what he thinks about your outfit.

"Macaque," you murmur, feeling butterflies in your stomach. "Yeah?" he replies, turning his head to look at you better.

"So, do I look pretty?" You mumble, wanting a truthful answer from him. He turns his head again and looks at you before looking forward. "I guess you look good." looking away from you? as if he were nervous. You realize that he is more flustered than you are. 

"Really? How good?" you ask, trying not to grin like an idiot. "Well, you look nice." Now he's starting to blush. You giggle quietly into his shoulder, making him turn back and look at you. "Just that, all my hard work is for nothing."

You pout at this while still clinging to him. "Okay, okay, you look beautiful., he says, hiding his mouth in his red scarf. 

"Really beautiful."

You've lost count of how many times you have said those words to yourself, and they're now more hollow than ever before. Every single second of every day, reminding you how stupidly naive you were. How you couldn't let go. How selfish you were being.

You jump back and yelp at Nezha, who doesn't seem too happy. His arms crossed around his chest, frowning at you, and you could only look down guiltily. "haha, I was checking up on you, you know," you chuckle nervously, scratching the back of your neck and looking away.

"I just wanted to make sure you were doing alright," you add quickly after a moment. "I know you haven't been feeling too well lately and—" Nezha cuts you off suddenly, and your head snaps back up to stare at him. "Yeah, if that's all you can go."

"huh?" you tilt your head in confusion, staring at him with a confused expression. "why are you here?" you couldn't help but feel your throat close up and stare dumbfoundedly at him.

"why am I here?… What? Is that what you have to say?" you felt your voice creaking and trying to take a breath through your nose instead. " why is that what you have to say?" you repeat louder, then start yelling at him. "You so unreasonable!" you shout angrily.

"me unreasonable? Take a good look at how you're acting. You're not a child, so stop acting like it."

"child? You've been ignoring me! How are you ashamed of him since you're so amazing?" your head quickly jumps to conclusions as you mock him. "Sure, lotus prince, I just disagree with your name," you yelled before stomping away, neither of you looking back at the other.

Disgusting.

Just the thought of him. Just the thought angered you. His face. His face. His existence. You couldn't stand it. It disgusted you so much. His appearance and his demeanour. How he looked at you when you spoke to him. He had no shame, no decency, and no sense.

No empathy. He didn't care about anyone but himself. No one was ever good enough for him. Not even you were good enough for him. Good enough for him to love you back. To even gaze at you with love as you did. To look at you with a sparkle in his eyes that would be directed only at you. But then he'd turn away and look at someone else.

You couldn't stand it. Your stomach roiled with disgust every time you saw him. Every time he looked at another person. But, in truth, it was humiliating for you. You always let him get away with things that any average person would think are wrong.

How laughable. How embarrassing for you to let a man dishonour your name.

You stay silent. Lying in bed with pity full face, not wishing to bear the responsibility or consequences of the world. Just lay there. If lucky, someone might come into your room and kill you.

“I’m…fine. You can get going,” you say, slowly waving your desaturated and thin hand at the maid, who was staring at you in concern from a distance. You didn’t want to worry her even more than she already was. 

“Are you sure?”

“yes…I’m perfectly fine.” It was a lie but she didn’t need to know that. Instead, you smiled sadly at her. which looked so weak, as if you were on your deathbed. 

You probably were. No one would have guessed. You look nothing like the woman in the portrait on the hall next to your bed, showing off your bright personality.

As your trusted maid departs, she leaves you alone to navigate the sea of your emotions. The solitude amplifies the weight of your thoughts, and the echo of memories envelopes you. which immediately makes you grip your hair in pain.

‘how could I be such an idiot?’ You thought in sorrow, tears gathering in the corners of your eyes. That stupid letter, and that bastard Wukong just leaving you and telling in a letter, and that’s it. 

He couldn’t even talk to you about it, just left saying some halfway apology saying, “It’s me, not you, so don't bother looking for me since my answer won’t change.”

He didn’t care about you in the least bit! You wanted him to. You wanted him to watch. 

You promise. You promise that one day, when you face him again, you’ll make up for your mistake. That you’ll make everything right again by showing him no mercy. No care. No remorse. No regrets. Because you’re never going to forgive him, ever, even if he did care, then how much more could his little “sorry” do?

“What do you see that boy?” 

One of several complaints from your servant who was watching Mk as you were but with an annoyed expression. You slip your tea, watching Mk from far away—sitting at very fancy table that which was on a balcony—with no care in those eyes. “you shouldn’t waste anything on of ‘his’.”

“Mk is just a key to unlock the rest of the plan. That boy is gullible. He wouldn't know a thing.” you said to your servant as she nodded, yet you sensed a bit of anger. Not on you but on Mk for the fact he was Wukong discipline.

You know it was an act, and yet you couldn't help but feel some satisfaction in your actions. You wanted to make him suffer. to watch something so dear disappear and see his ugly proper side. He was watching you from the very beginning you talked to Mk. It seems that he acknowledged your existence now.

“that pitiful man is here.” your server hissed venom through her teeth, pulling out his sword and in a swift manner at the sight of a gold bird which landed on the balcony railing. What an ugly pattern it had on its feathers. 

“put down the sword.” you gently asked your servant while putting fingers to your mouth so she could stay quiet. He changes back to a normal appearance you barely remember from all those years ago—since your brain wants to destroy everything he left.

“Hey, it’s been a while. You look good since the last time-” “You left me?” you cut him off. you were not in the mood for his nonsense. he was not worth any of you. “left you?… I wouldn’t call it leaving more like taking a break.” he shrugged nonchalantly, trying to cover up his lies.

“yes, a break lasts who knows how long.” you rolled your eyes. 

“so I was thinking that we should get back together.” your servant turns red at his insane suggestion. How could he ask you this? Has he no shame left?!

“no, I would rather be skinned alive and burned instead of being you.” you calmly say, taking a sip of your drink.

“you can’t undo this. Sun Wukong, everything in this world has a consequence. Being a bastard of man and much more things count.”

He tried to justify himself but to no avail. You weren’t buying it. He was lying again, and you knew he would push and pull the strings once more, yet this time, there was nothing to pull.

You put your drink to the side, cocking your head to the side while resting your chin on your hand with a completely unusual smile that never showed in this short conversation, yet those hollow eyes made that smile look heartless.

“I wish to take everything from you. I despise your existence. So I’ll make you wish like you want to die. Turning each of your little students against you. Twisting their care for you. that your name will tarnish their memories.” you explained coldly, yet your voice sounded calm and collected. 

The words flowed easily; the truth in them seemed to echo throughout the whole palace, leaving no doubt about it. His face turns serious realizing you aren’t the same as before.

“I hope I can watch your face contort in pain. It’s you, not me, in the end.”

The raindrops dance around you, creating a soothing melody as they tap against your tightly clutched umbrella. You navigate through the wet streets, my umbrella a shield against the stormy embrace of the rainy day, while you walk to your bakery, getting ready to open it and business to start.

You only stop to see a little kid in black with his hood over his head in front of the door—under the little roof on the front door—trying to cover from the rain.

You begin to think of something before quickly rummaging through your pocket to pull out some candy. "Hey, could I have a second? I need to open my shop." You smile at him. "CANDY!" he snatches the candy from your hand before moving away from the door—you feel bad since now the rain is soaking him.

You were pulling your umbrella down and wrapping it around before opening the door. "You can come in if you want. You stay until the rain stops, then go back to your mom or dad." you offer, going in and holding the door open just in case he wants to take up the offer, and he does, going into the dark store—putting your umbrella on the corner umbrella rack—until you turn on the light switch to show the various bright decorations. The glass counters display many different desserts.

You hear mutter about the bright colours that look so "ugly," which you don't mind, just an edgy little kid. "Wait here, I should get you a towel!" You realize how terrible it is to leave a kid soaking and not at least give them a towel.

You hurry off to find a spare one in the back storage closet. You grab two towels, rushing back to the uncomfortable little boy, looking around like he didn't belong there.

"Could you take off your hood?" you gently ask him. As he does that, you immediately wrap the towel around him and dry his hair while he lets out whines. "Hey, don't mess with my hair!" he shakes, and you immediately take the towel off his head.

"ha. I'm sorry; I didn't mean to hurt you." You apologize nervously. "You! It's fine." "Well, it was rude of me to even dry your hair without asking." You give him the towel. "Would you want to eat some bread? I have a little leftover, lucky," you say, going behind the counter to get him some bread and water while motioning him to one of the tables in the bakery.

Before you bring the water and bread to the table—sit down together as you watch him eat—"Where are parents?" he doesn't answer. "Well, then, you don't have to tell me. But what's your name? I have to know that."

Just like back then, you watched from the shadows. He came here of all places—where you were living—just looking at him brought old memories back between you—yet you could talk to him—just walking up to him and acting like you're his best friend or something like that made your stomach churn.. 

Looking at Lloyd was like a star shining brighter than any other.

When you were kids, you always made fun of him for being so stupid and the funny little moves you used to watch him do, but now, how bright he shines as the prophesied savior. Yet now he shines so bright in even the pit of darkness and puts everything else to shame. 

“Thank you! Mr. Gold Ninja!” The two boys thank him as they return to their parents, showing off his autograph. 

“jealous?”

He turns back to look at you hiding. “jealous? In your dreams.” you scoff, appearing before him. “Just because you hold ninja now doesn’t change anything. You’re still the same short brat. “ “Short? You know I’m taller than you now.”  he smiles at you knowing this time he’s won. 

You've got to be kidding. Before, you could still get away with it, but now he’s taller and stronger than you.

 There’s no way you can win anymore. “Who said you were strong? Please, I could beat you any day of the week!” you argue, poking his chest while trying to make your point clear without sounding nervous or any fear at all.

He starts to laugh at your words. You just missed him. He wants you to say you missed him. “don’t laugh!” “Just say you missed me.” 

You feel blood rush to your cheeks. “of course not! I never missed you!” a complete lie coming straight from your mouth—You can’t tell him that you missed him a lot!—That's so embarrassing.

“Missed you? Please! Let’s not forget those times you used to roleplay fighting Serpentine when you couldn't even throw a punch or those ninja kicks,’” you say defensively as his face goes red in embarrassment from hearing you bring up the past.

“That's not fair! You can’t just bring up what happened before!”

“Who said I couldn’t.”

But since they were still young obviously one of the Monkeys would play with the feelings of the cinamorroll, so, after centuaries after the Divorce

They meet Reader again but as an Ivory Dragon, and as a Queen of her own Kingdom, who's now cold and serious not like she used to be? And they kind try to get her back with their own methods. (Spoiler: doesnt work lololol) i imagine her as an villain, which slowly becomes like a "Friend" for MK.

Every time you see him do something funny, you put your hand over your mouth as if you were trying to laugh, even though you don’t have a voice. It’s so adorable!

You shouldn't hug him from behind while he’s carrying books. It’s not that he’ll get hurt really… he might fall backward and get squished, and you’ll get really hurt. You can have all the attention you want after he puts down all these books.

He gets you little trinkets or flowers whenever he's away. Sadly, he can't give them to you in person, so one of his clones can do it for him. Before the clone of him could disappear, you can't help but give it a kiss on the cheek.
