you cannot change your life on one day. life CAN change in one day- but you can’t suddenly build healthy habits that are sustainable. you need to start with little steps that slowly build up to a healthier lifestyle.
spend 10 minutes reading a book
spend 10 minutes learning a new language
exercise/ get some movement in for 10 minutes
meditate for 5 minutes
write down 10 things you’re grateful for
write down 10 positive affirmations
in order to really see change, you need to slowly put work into yourself. at first, the tasks listed up might seem hard to accomplish in one day- but as time goes on these things will just become normal habits. it’s like endurance. when you slowly incorporate healthy habits into your routine, you’ll no longer see them as challenges- just a normal part of your daily routine.
