love your art ! how did you do the effect on that last riddler pic??? it looks so cool!

Hey! I use clip studio paint, so for the effect I used this action set

I find this works best if I go down the list of actions but forgo the last 'colour' action, as I find that I deep fries your art lolol

i will also make the noise particles bigger because when its smaller it can cause a little eyestrain,
