Heading to BC’s Sunshine Coast started with a 4 am alarm and a foggy drive to #yeg. Now we are heading to Nanaimo then hopping in a cab so we can make it to Comox for the 3:25 ferry to Powell River. All because @westjet cancelled our direct flight from Edmonton to Comox. With a sail starting in Powell River first thing tomorrow morning the change up was not ideal. Thankfully we considered our options on the fly and @westjet was open to flexibility. Now fingers crossed the stars align. Also a big shout out to the coincidence of being seated in the same row as Laurie of @lauriesvintagecreations ! We got to catch up and talk shop a bit. Today in pics. Remember when we used to do that? First my favourite flowers from my flower bed this morning. Thank goodness they are pretty because I already killed my flower baskets.
