btw I DO really recommend the October Daye books, they're so fun!! They're like, urban fantasy detective novels (the fantasy element being fey stuff) and there's EIGHTEEN of them!! That might seem like quite an intimidating number, but ... I reeeally got sucked in. By book 10 or so I was like "): only X books left?? ):". And there's SO many cool characters and some truly big-arched plot stuff that's slowly ... coming together ..... absolutely tasty.
After one session, we somehow yes-and-ed ourselves into a scenario where we'd accidentally end up in a post-apocalypse if we made some specific decision ... so I did what one does with apocalypses. I prepared.
A group of five teens is standing grouped around a big book, held by the one in the middle. They are looking at the book, then close their eyes and open them again at the exact same time and are staring at the viewer with glowing red eyes and empty expressions.
