I wish I could always make sure that in the darkest moments people could feel at least a little bit of beauty and safeness to hold on to. I've been thinking about this for so long. No one deserves to feel absolute despair and horror. No one deserves that.

You're perfect the way you are. Find a therapist that makes you feel comfortable and meets you where you feel safe. Not one that makes you feel insane. Tell the people who are asking too much of you without a care that you cannot. Tell them whatever you feel comfortable with and leave out what you don't if they don't make you feel safe at the time. Tell them when you can, but don't risk yourself trying to communicate with someone that's harming you and yelling at you for trying to set a boundary of self care need. You're beautiful. Don't look at things online too much. Change your eyes and your mind. Surround yourself with what makes you safe. Don't worry about what the world expects. Don't worry about what they expect. Your safety and comfort is important. You need to be here. It's necessary to do this for you. Don't die or suffer because of other people or because of the world trying to tear you apart. It's going to, but don't tell yourself it's how it is. Don't let it make you feel that you're messed up because you aren't okay with what it asks of you. You're not okay and it's not okay. Do everything you can for you. For the ones that care about you. They will want you safe and okay.

Don't let other people make you feel guilty for taking care of yourself. Ever. Take this seriously. Write it on every blank space you can. never let yourself forget.
