I paid rent on the 4th, and only just got notified TODAY that it didn't go thru because another transaction went thru first, the rent takes three days to pend every single time

And I wasn't notified. Until today.

They gave us a "pay all in three days or we terminate your lease" even though we JUST got the notification and we've never been late on rent other than within the grace period

I don't get my fucking school money till next week. Of course this would happen the WEEK BEFORE LMFAO I CANT HAVE ANYTHING

We don't have the fucking late fee!!! And we didn't even know the rent payment was fuckung rejected till today!!! Lmao!!!

i've previously stalled on making this post since well... i've been feeling hesitant due to feeling like no one may be able to assist me because everyone needs help, but fuck it. btw, do not tag as donations.

long story short, i've been working in hospitality / doing gig work for a good while now - work opportunities are slow as shit atm and / or upon applying to them, i'm sometimes put on a "waitlist" & i never hear back from recruiters. i'm quickly running out of cash as i type because of this, especially from me missing any shifts thrown my way due to being in & out of the hospital with my mom (who has chronic pain / illness) for the last 6 months.

again, this is pretty urgent, and i need about $650. this would help me to 1. refurbish / repair my broken up ass iphone (been stalling on that too because the price is steep but this shit might blow up on me if i don't fix it while i still can), 2. utility bills, for water & electricity, 3. my phone bill &.... 4. i need a haircut. some of my hair has been falling out from stress, period. i didn't wanna mention that since i'm a bit sensitive about it, but the world reacts to black women in fucked up ways if we can't maintain our hair in palatable ways y'know. thanks for reading btw.
