Help
I play in creative mode, single player. (No PlayStation plus)
Whenever I close the game and revisit it my discoveries are still there, it shows that they’ve been uploaded, but the names I have given them are gone, back their original names. The same goes for my starships, freighter, frigates, everything.
Possibly unrelated: Inescapable greyscale “filter” with hints of red whenever I’m in my freighter or on a space station.
BONUS: Ship sometimes overshoots the bay doors of my freighter getting lodged inside the freighter itself. Seems to only happen with the ship parked closest to the bay doors
Anybody else experienced these glitches? I’ve been playing NMS since launch and never experienced so many problems.

Frostvale Roxa
MDL-09 Crichton [NXT]
Another case of appearances being deceiving. Frostvale is composed predominantly of freezing ocean. Constant blizzards make it uninviting at best.
The endless ocean is home to a multitude of diverse life.
The skies as well are bustling.
During my brief visit, however, I was able to find no creatures of the land.

Mistvale Dapragat
MDL-09 Crichton [NXT]
This shot of Mistvale, captured from a frigate’s landing pad, does nothing to convey its windy and radioactive atmosphere. Frequent storms made it difficult to navigate.
The first creature I encountered, immediately upon landing, was the Mammoth Spider.
With their massive size they appear to be the kings of this inhospitable world.
Other creatures run the gammot from very large to the skittish and minuscule Gazellobe.
As wind storms briefly passed I was able to capture and image of what could have been a beautiful blue oasis.

Shino
MDL-08 Ellison [NXT]
My sensors classify Shino as a “Planetary Anomoly”.
Completely devoid of flora and fauna, Shino is a rock floating in space.
Though even a rock is not without its beauty.
The floating formations and swirling clouds of gas were like no other landscape I had yet encountered.

Oyolange VI
MDL-08 Ellison [NXT]
A snowy world, with forests that make me yearn for my distant home.
Oyolange is rich with diverse life.
Some more friendly than others.
These flying creatures served quite illusive.
Though with patience I was able to capture just one image.

Rand Toba
MDL-08 Ellison [NXT]
Rand is a blue world of limitless ocean.
Home to an abundance of creatures of the sky.
I was able to find only one creature on land, a lonely wanderer.
But beneath the ocean’s surface, hidden in vast sub-aquatic caverns, another world reveals itself.
Both vaguely unsettling, and whimsical.

Mojave Gamma
MDL-08 Ellison [NXT]
My eyes filled with wonder as I approached Mojave Gamma. A beautiful ringed planet in the Ellison System.
Brimming with life on the, these two were content to live their daily lives.
And some were more curious than others.
Though the weather was tumultuous at best, there were beautiful lakes scattered about its surface.
Brimming with fantastic aquatic life.

Darth Kusa
MDL-07 Lovecraft [NXT]
Save for a few interesting rock formations, Kusa is a dark and uninhabited world.
A vast emptiness stretches out before you here. Nothing much to log.

Addams Izuok
MDL-07 Lovecraft [NXT]
My first new planet, one of Lovecraft’s two, vastly different worlds.
Not many life forms are to be found here though the little one featured in the second image proved to be a formidable foe.
Given its lack of life, however, there are truly some sights to behold.
My adventure continues, the possibilities are endless.

What comes NEXT
Hard at work making new discoveries. Planets of vast oceans, or desolate, lifeless rocks. There’s a beauty to be found in all that is new. I will return soon to begin logging all the amazing new things I have encountered out there.

MDL-07 Lovecraft [NXT]
Only two planets in the Lovecraft system. We’ll delay further exploration until later today. But MDL-07 is our first step into a new world.
I captured the system’s original stats to see what they look like after the shift.

Saying Goodbye
I depart from Verdant Adoim, a tingling sense of adventure on the horizon, what will this new world bring us.
Before departing the Verne system I decide to visit the Anomoly one last time.
I do not know what comes NEXT. But hopefully we can discover it together.
See you there.

Verdant Adoim
MDL-06 Verne
This lush green world was my last stop in the Verne system.
This is a small sample of the many life forms I was able to find here.
Apologies for the brief upload, but as you all know there are preparations to be made.

Benson Yeonii
MDL-06 Verne
Benson is classified as "Doomed", with good reason.
The planet is devoid of any fauna, with only a few plants encountered in my brief visit. Along with this I encountered no signs of any life past or present. No drop pods, no downed ships, facilities, shelters, nothing to suggest that any life form had visited this wasteland.
I believed that I was perhaps the first explorer to touch this world, until this came into sight. Like nothing I had seen before.
It seems to be the only sign that anything had ever lived here. Its damaged memory banks explaining that perhaps the sentinels had intentionally "erased" this planet. A chilling reminder of their power.

Connell Maezakik
MDL-06 Verne
Connell, an arid world, is home to a number of exceedingly aggressive creatures. From deceptive, like the Pinebulb pictured above.
To the overt.
The worst offender on the list is the diminutive, though militant, Maezakik Ram.
This makes the more peaceful species skittish, and difficult to interact with.
Save for the Dragonbat, which finds freedom in the sky.

Hades Huazhum
MDL-05 Bradbury
Unlike most planet I visit, I came to Hades with a solid destination. This Vy'Keen ruin answered more lingering questions about this proud race's history.
This warm planet hosts a number of life forms, all seemingly docile.
Some prompting a quick landing to frantically log exciting new discoveries.
Others simply captivating by starlight.
The planets surface is also home to sprawling subterranean cave structures.
