This USAT sanctioned race is held at Trail of Tears State Park, Cape Girardeau MO. This triathlon consists of a 700 meter swim, 15 mile bike ride, and 4 mile run. Registration begins 6:45 at a.m., and race starts at 9 a.m. Lunch is provided for participants.

Well folks,

My training has been sidelined by COVID. I hope my above average healthy body will get me through this. I have a left lower lobe pneumonia, fever is gone. Feeling a litter better on day 4. Oxygen saturation is 95% on room air. Maybe I’ll come back even stronger. We’ll see.
