Don't have any recent drawings, cause I've been taking coding more seriously, so I can finally live on my own, hope you don't mind if I post some of my older stuff!

You're right, I should explain it better:
The original poster's comic depicts an artist with high hopes for their sculpture they put tons of work into.
However, the depicted artist in said comic is unaware, that posting such artwork in a public space of a social media, filled with normal people who aren't usually sculptors/art critics, would end up in a backlash of audiences first impressions for their sculpture through memes, instead of praise, genuine interest, or in the "starved artist" case that this comics showcases, an enormous amount of likes and reposts. Reason why I'm calling the protagonist in this comic an "iPad baby" is because of their need for instant gratification.
In their mind, their artwork is worth so much, and they want all of the compliments for it instantly, without realizing that noticing the
enormous amount of work and care for details takes a lot of time.
Of course in popular social media circles there will be sculptors and art critics who will see their work, be impressed by it and understand it as well.
The amount of them, however is usually really tiny, in comparison to the common people, who just perceive art as something pretty, without
putting much or zero thoughts into it. OP's believes somehow, that majority of people who perceive their work, thinks exactly like the artist
who sculpted the statue, and is shocked how that is not the reality. I should've called the artist just impatient, cause an iPad baby sounds more like a mindless keyword, which is very vague and lazy to use as a label in the first place.
There's been a lot of comics of such nature, where they depict the same idea, without the original creators realization that in popular social media
environment, gathering an audience of fans who will care about your work takes more than just one sculpture/drawing/song/piece of writing, in order to earn said respect and praise. I tossed a word salad of a ramble without explaining that those comics should be criticizing the nature of social media, rather that imply that people are just dumb and don't understand the artists work. Here's one of those famous comics that has been a laughing stock two years ago and shows exactly the same meaning as OPs comic:
Hope that makes it clear and less rambly!
