Mark Samuel
Mark Samuels is recognizably one of the most successful and popular dancers in Canada from the early 2000's. Over the span of 15 years, he has danced in tours all over the world, working for a number of major label recording artists in both Canada and the US. He has since transitioned into choreography and is presently one of the most-sought out choreographers to date.
With over 10 years of experience as a choreographer, Mark Samuels is responsible for several notable works of art, ranging from recording artists to TV / Film. He recently choreographed the Hallmark movie Just One Kiss, which will be released next month. His earlier work includes Disney's Descendants, Dr. Cabbie and Murdoch Mysteries to name a few.
Mark Samuels has a vast amount of experience as an Assistant or Associate Choreographer, working alongside other outstanding choreographers. He has provided and collaborated on choreography for a number of renowned shows including A Series Of Unfortunate Events, The Magicians, Julie & The Fantoms, A Week Away, American Girl Blanche and many more.
He has also choreographed a number of music videos for local and international recording artists such as Charmaine, Dru Grange, Buju Banton and Serani. Mark Samuels recently played an instrumental role as co-choreographer for the Latin pop boy band CNCO. They have won over 27 awards and have billions of views on YouTube.

Mark Samuels started dancing professionally in 1995. He danced for countless Canadian artists such as Shawn Desman, Jully Black, Victoria Duffield and Nelly Furtado, to name a few. He also danced in Canada’s most notable shows such as The Juno Awards, MMVA’s and So You Think You Can Dance Canada. After spending years as a dancer in Canada, Mark Samuels expanded to the US, where he was fortunate enough to work with some of the industry‘s biggest choreographers. His journey led him to dance for multi-platinum recording artists such as Mariah Carey, Mary J Blige, Missy Elliott, Kelis, Mario and many more. Today, Mark Samuels is a well-established figure in the dance industry. With over 27 years of experience, he has shifted his passion into choreography. He choreographed his first feature film, Dr. Cabbie and co-choreographed for the Latin Pop Group, CNCO. He teamed up with colleague Paul Becker (Choreographer/Director) to choreograph a number of successful film and TV shows such as “A Series Of Unfortunate Events,” “Disney’s — The Descendants,” “The Magicians,” and many others. His work appears on major networks including Netflix, Lifetime, ABC and SYFY. Mark Samuels most recent choreography includes Hallmark’s “Just One Kiss,” “Honor Society” and “Something Here” all due to be released in 2022. He also started working with Warner Music Canada recording artist, Charmaine.
