Wish I could confidently like, fully talk to my therapist. I have no adult friends irl. I have coworkers and that's it. People I'm friends with online aren't married as far as I know and it just feels like I don't have another adult mentor I can talk to. I already spoke to my therapist about my lack of sex drive once and it about embarrassed me to death and it's not gotten any better.

going through one of those cycles where I'm aware that One Specific Tooth is loose due to root issues, and that getting a fake in it's place will cost hundreds of dollars at best with my insurance, but I can't do anything to avoid it falling out and it's right in front and I'm petrified of losing it
