Oh, I totally get where you're coming from! Making a new album must feel like baring your soul to the world, especially when you write your own songs, and it's natural to feel a bit jittery about how people will take it. But that's what makes it all worth it, am I right? Your fans are gonna love to see your feelings poured in your lyrics. I just know Rock in Rio is gonna be insane! I guess it's almost like riding a bike, you'll get back in the groove in a snap. Just keep doing what you do best, and everything's gonna work out just fine. When nerves hit me, I make a point to focus on my breathing. Taking those slow, deep breaths really helps me chill out and get centered. Plus, doing a quick meditation works wonders for clearing my head. But I know it's better to find what works for you.

as i've been away from the media for quite some time, i've been pouring my energy into crafting a new album. it's been an intensely personal journey, but also one fraught with apprehension. while i've found solace and inspiration in the music, i can't shake the fear of how it will be received by others. the thought of exposing my innermost thoughts and emotions to the scrutiny of the public is terrifying. what if they don't like it? what if they don't understand what i'm trying to convey? also, i don't know why i'm set to headline rock in rio, it's been ages. how do you calm yourself when you're feeling nervous? i need all the advices i can get. @hfrpstarters

Darn, that's a real eye-opener. A year ago, the idea of soulmates and marriage might have been the last thing on your mind but here you are, with Cari, proving that sometimes life surprises us in the best ways. Please! Your attention to detail is impeccable, I figure I won't be the only one needing them so get us a good supply. Timezones are a challenge, but where there's a will, there's a way, right? I'd love to be FaceTime pals and I'll try to speak with the strongest Aussie accent. Ohh yes, I needed all the guidance, at least during the first seasons of the show. Accents can be tricky to master. And yes! It's like mental gymnastics, keeping it up for hours on end. At this point I think I probably forgot, or I'll be a bit rusty. Very true, that's mums in a nutshell. Their babies will always be babies. Oh yes, my mom and I are like two peas in a pod. Always there for me, and I had to stick around, bought my house next to her. Are you close to your family? I assume it's hard to stay in touch when you're traveling for shows and tours, all that jazz.

that's a very good point. though, if you'd said that to me a year ago, i would've laughed so hard and long about it. i wasn't the type who believed in soulmates or wanted to get married, so cari is an actual miracle worker. i'll have to make sure there's enough pink tissues for everyone during the ceremony, it's going to be one of those kinds of ceremonies. ooh, that's a very good point. wanna be facetime pals with me? the time zones will suck but we can power through that easily. do guys get a dialect coach on set to help you out? the way you speak is one of those things that are so hard to change, even when you're trying your hardest. i imagine it's mentally exhausting to keep it up for hours a day on set. that's such a mom thing, always wanting to be close to her babies, no matter how old they get. are you super close to your mom?

I find that hard to believe. Sure, there might have been bumps along the way, but you've consistently delivered. But to keep it realistic, failing happens, it's how we pick ourselves up that counts. Ohh, there's a certain charm in finding comfort in anonymity amidst the bustling cityscape. You've got me curious now, I haven't given audiobooks a go during flights, but as someone who enjoys listening to crime podcasts to calm down, I'm giving it a try. God, I totally get where you're coming from. LA has that reputation for being a city where everything's happening all at once, it feels overwhelming. As much as I enjoyed my time in LA, I'm completely settled here, not saying no to staying there for a while but yeah. Growing up between two countries must have given you some diverse experiences, even if you were only three years old when you parted. How do you manage to balance your time and commitments between the two countries? Jetlag must be second nature to you.

trust me, i've failed plenty of times, but i like to think i'm pretty good at getting back on my feet afterwards. i'm fairly ordinary looking when i'm strolling around town, got a baseball cap on, well-worn vans and big sunglasses. i don't stick out from the crowd and that's just how i like it. have you tried audio books on flights? i end up downloading a book or two and just listening while in the skies. it's much more relaxing and almost like you're in your own world. LA is such a one-stop city, and it's hard to make it feel like a home. you think you'll ever move back or are you completely settled in australia now? i was born in LA and our family didn't move to england until i was three years old. i have homes in both countries but i do feel more at home in london. it's where most of my friends and family are and i'm mainly in california for work or surfing.

Yeah, that feeling is something we all know all too well. Ohh so true, it definitely takes some mental fortitude to handle and stay cool when things don't go your way. I agree. Even in the flops, there's always something to learn. You take those lessons and use them to level up for the next round.

Right? Its unique to us creators. No thats the best analogy I have heard for it. And that is the real point the hope and anxiety only to meet sometimes what is not a worthy outcome. Takes some serious mind training for anyone of to prepare for that. Thats very much a good point if you can take something away even in the failures you are doing well.

I feel you on those makeup-free days. We're giving our skin a little vacation there, it's just what it needs sometimes. Plus, there's something liberating about just being au naturel and embracing our true selves. We're all about that fresh-faced glow and letting our inner beauty shine through. You're too sweet, love. Well, not to toot our own horns, but this movie is pretty darn good. It definitely deserves to be the first one to score a sequel before it even hits the screens, that is, if there isn't one already that did it before us. A solid backup plan, if you ask me. If the sequel doesn't pan out, Italy it is. I can already imagine us sipping espresso, strolling through cobblestone streets, and indulging in all the gelato we can handle.

i recently took up -- well maybe not took up but i found an interest in cornhole. i hung out with some of my former members and we ended up going to an arcade and we found a cornhole set. turns out i'm actually pretty decent at the game, would i go pro? probably not but only because i still don't understand the points system. aside from that, while i was out, the tv network posted a semi behind the scenes / teaser of my upcoming drama; player 2 and i cannot begin to express how excited i am for my drama to finally air. after cheer up i went off the grid and did some traveling but i did miss doing promotions and being active. for those who don't know me, hi i'm gyuri you may or may not know me from a girl group called fromis_9 but i left a few years ago to pursue my dream in acting. | @hfrpstarters

It really is and I am actually doing much better about it. I think spending time with people outside of my circle of friends has also been good for me. I actually watch a lot of Freeform, thanks to my nieces and nephews cause they watch a lot of movies on the channel. Did you hear that they have a reality show on there now? I have not watched it, I saw a couple promos and have to say I am interested in giving it a shot. How about we make it happen in a few weeks when I am home for longer than a few days? I'm loving the new look! A pixie cut and blonde? It must feel so liberating to rock such a fresh and daring hairstyle. I've seen many girls going for that look and it looks great on you all. I don't know if it'd work for me. I don't think I will change it more than bangs, but if I went crazy I'd probably go for something wild like a vibrant turquoise or maybe even a fiery red. Why? Well, life's too short for boring hair, right?

So as you all have probably noticed, I cut my hair into a pixie and went blonde. If you could change your hair how would you change it and why? Yep, this is a simple question I need the answer to from anyone willing to answer.
