i finished listening to all the audiobooks i had on loan from the library so i might start listening to tmp soon. but also i’m scared bc i have adhd and the level of fixation i may possibly incite is kind of scary like it’s not unenjoyable per se but it’s also a certain kind of tiring being genuinely insane about fictional characters 24/7 idk. then again i recently ordered a tma sticker so perhaps i have always been caught in this web and there was never any hope of me leaving these worlds behind

#tma is not Bad but it was my 2020 lockdown era interest #and i joined the fanbase as it exploded #and i do have some very strong critiques of it #so this all means that the way i feel about tma is kind of like how ppl feel #about the questionable media they imprinted on at age 12 #like i both want and don’t want to be drawn back in #deep sigh #recordings

i haven’t listened to tmp (yet) but if i do i’ll bring this blog back forreal (actually this could definitely be a lie idk yet) anyways my take is that jmart are not in the computers but content based on the assumption they are is really amusing and fun. like i do not actually think they are, canonically, but it’s a fun thing to explore so i do support and encourage it. like crowley’s angel identity in good omens

no more “the mechs were the archivist’s college band” aus. the mechs existed completely independently alongside the archives in canon and the archivist was a casual fan of them. he is one of those people who doesn’t care to know ANY personal details about the musicians he listens to, and so never knew that jonny d’ville shared his legal name. he also does not believe his voice sounds anything like jonny’s.

Everyone makes out that Jon is either a master of fashion or a complete disaster. Honestly? In my opinion he has the most average fashion sense possible. He wears professional clothes at work (literally just a shirt and a nice tie), and a t-shirt and jeans when he’s not at work. I’m sick of him being interesting, he is the most outwardly average man you can imagine.

#realistically yeah i think for work he does the button up + plain sweater combo (no one but elias is wearing a TIE)#and then for his off days jeans and tshirts BUT his collection of tshirts is really random/odd #like not weird enough that you’d stare if he was a stranger in the grocery store but random enough that tim or sasha would be like #??? why do you have this shirt ??? and jon would be like idk it fits and it’s comfortable. i got it somewhere. can we move on?#i like skirt jon bc i’m nonbinary but i think similarly to how i own one (1) long slightly flowy but straight brown skirt #they wouldn’t be. yknow. interesting #but also we can have a little ooc interesting fashion jon. as a treat #tma #jon sims #hc
